Losing a 1st round Vs Losing 2nd, 3rd rounds

Which would be worse Pats. Having to give up a 1st round pick (#20- #32 over all.). OR...Excluding the fact they would miss the playoffs; having to give up a 2nd round pick (approx pick number #45- #51) and a Third round Pick (approx pick # 75- 83).



For me I think having to give up a Second and Third would be worse than having to give up a late first round pick.

What you fail to consider is that if they didn't make the playoffs they'll get a top 20 pick. Plus, a first round pick is that for a reason, he's supposed to be better.

True, if they miss the playoffs, they would likely have the 13th to 19th pick.

Would I give up the 19th pick for the 51st and 83rd?
