Although I think the division will be much more competitive this season, I am picking my Seahawks (I grew up in Seattle) to win their 4th straight division title enroute to their 5th straight season of making the playoffs. On a wrestling related sidenote about the Seahawks, their first-ever head coach was Jack Patera- the older brother of Ken Patera. I also just found out that there are 2 Seahawk bars in this section of Las Vegas that I moved to earlier in this week.

I think this may be the toughest call of the eight divisions.
Arizona should be improved, but it is hard to pick them given their track record, as each year "experts" seem to pick this team as a surprise, and they continually disappoint.
The Seahawks, to me, seem to be on the downslide from their Super Bowl appearance two years ago. Sure, they were wrecked by injuries last year, but in an increasingly competitive division I see this team as more of a measuring stick than a contender this year.
The 49ers are definitely improving as well, and I was tempted to take this team for the division. However, in such a competitive division, I think inexperience will cost them some games, particularly at the QB position.
That leaves the Rams, and the experience of Bulger, and improving defense, and the fantasy darling Steven Jackson. While I cannot pinpoint just one factor to put this team over the top, they just seem like a package ready to explode in the NFC. I think they get hot late in the season, take the division, and go all the way to the NFC Title game before losing to the Saints.
I do think the 49ers will make the wild card, and potentially the Seahawks as well.

The Niners are the biggest threat to the Seahawks this season, but I'll still be optimistic and go with the Hawks.

Seattle should....which means they wont !!
I'd love to see the cardinals come out of nowhere and win it. But my money would be on the rams.
