Hard not to pick the Saints here.

With great joy and pride I pick the Saints, as I do every year. However, this year there is some legitimacy to this pick, as they are SCARY on offense and have a solid, improving defense. As long as Drew Brees stays healthy, they win it all this year, including the Super Bowl. Very deep, smart, and driven team.
The Falcons are an abomination right now, and were going to be bad even before the Vick scandal. I live in Atlanta right now and it is evident how hostile this town was toward Vick even before the dogfighting allegations, and that hostility has turned to outrage. A controversial and aging Joe Horn hurts the offense more than it helps, and the defense is only marginally better. They are looking at a potential #1 draft pick overall next year.
The Bucs seem to be on the verge of total rebuilding and a coaching change in the near future, and I think the patchwork team they have assembled lends credence to this theory.
The Panthers are enigmatic if nothing else, and pose the greatest threat to the Saints. They are a potential wild card team, but that's only if the team does not become encumbered with a QB controversy. I think this is Delhomme's last shot in Carolina, so the pressure is on.

New Orleans wins it easily as long as they can win outside their division.

New Orleans by default. Then Carolina can fire the coach and get Bill Cowher.
