Any storylines comming down the road about Colby using his his fortunes (although there might not be much fortunes left) to buy out the contracts of disenfranchised former GWFers?
Or is the whole Galaxy-wide depression angle just a means to shorten the rosters for a while?

The galactic financial depression is something of an excuse to keep rosters manageable, but I will say that in 2121 another former GWFer will be coming to the CPC, provided I've still got Tom's stamp of approval on it at the time. You'll get a hint (more like a smack upside the head!) about it in the 2120 handbook. I'll say no more on it until the set is out. And 2120 will showcase a first in GWF history, as a character Tom didn't create will be heading to the GWF.  (Again, pending storyline approval.) Guess away! |

Innnnnnnnteresting. Someone from the GWF to the CPC and vice versa in the next two years. Hmmmmm. Early guesses anyone? Here goes... GWF to CPC possibilities: Terminus (links to Velar and Dominator, hinted at and requested in the past) Euritar (if Tom doesn't want him and the fans do... I'm sure Mark can come up with a storyline for him) Vyper (cult favorite, could fit in with Species or the SK) Eclipse (Mark mentioned wanting him for the OFC and he is still in his prime, also has links to Scion) CPC to GWF possibilities: Hmmmm.... a little tougher.... probably someone like when the Troubleshooters jumped ship... someone with a lot of potential upside moreso than someone who fits in with a storyline (unless the Betrayer is really Scion), so that being said... Puma? (if he doesn't die, the next Wolf?) Dante? (young guy, lots of potential) Saboteur? (could open up some crazy cross-fed scandals and would fit in with the whole 'Subversion' theme) Hmmm... now that I think of it, Saboteur makes a lot of sense. Who is coming to the CPC? Its hard to say because Mark just said that Tom didn't create the character
Comments on Bmackrell's guesses
GWF to CPC possibilities:
Terminus -I really I am hoping he shows up in the CPC. I have been pushing for him to return
Euritar-I agree on this one. He is in his prime and if the deserves to be somewhere especially the CPC
Vyper-Loved him but he is to old
Eclipse-Perfect for the OFC and still in his prime
CPC to GWF possibilities:
Puma-I doubt it. I think Mark has big plans for him
Dante-A very promising star that might be held back thanks to his manager
Saboteur-He needs to return to the CPC and settle the score with Shylock

Eclipse is a great wrestler, but he's been around since 2100...20 years is a little past prime, or at least the tail end.
Terminus to CPC (or rather returning since he was on the CPC Team) is an idea, and since he's not human, he could be around longer.
I love Vyper, but he's retired. He's done his part, and I don't think anyone wants to see him with an over the hill card.
Euritar...this I like!
Also, don't forget, Mark has been trying the get Mensar in for a long time. I don't think it will happen, and Mensar never did have the same impact that he did in the GWF, but it is a possibility.
As for CPC to GWF...
I doubt Puma because he's in the middle of a huge storyline. I'm guessing either Vidtek or Dante since they are not in any major stroylines right now, just a feud with the Punks and Smooth.

Especially since Mark has hinted that ATWAS is not going to last too much longer. I could see Dante jump and Vidtek getting a new look/gimmick.

Mark says that Tom didn't create the character. Would this be one of the promoter created cards such as Kati, Tragedy, or Lycosa?

Halcon Oro was a Create-a-Character contest winner. Lycosa was a special at a Galacticon back in the late 90s when lucha libre was getting alot of attention in WCW. Personally, I hope CPC continues to have more cruiserweights. Adds more athleticism to the CPC and sets them apart from the GWF.
