NWA tournament final changed
Due to Bryan Danielson undergoing eye surgery for a detatched retina earlier today, putting him out of action for four-to-six weeks, the NWA championship tournament final match on 9/1 in Bayamon, PR, will be Brent Albright vs. Adam Pearce.

Albright was champ for a good portion of the time he was in OVW. Just because he was used poorly when he was called up doesn't mean he sucked. He's been fantastic in Ring of Honor. I wouldn't expect you to get that. It's understood you only like the WWE and will take any opportunity to hate on anything else. It's old. We got it.

Anyone remember that fat loser Jamal who was dropped by the WWE a while back? Didn't he show up as, like, Ekmo on TNA? Man, did he suck!
Oh wait...
He's Umaga now?! (checks Wikipedia) Yup, Jamal === Ekmo === Umaga.
But he couldn't make it in the WWE?! And now he's Umaga.

It means he was good enough to make it back into the WWE and make it to the Main Event scene in the biggest and greatst wrestling fed in the world. Same can't be said for Albright so I don't get it.

Why is it you smarks can flame me for not liking ROH but by God if you say something about Cena and I disagree I'm just a WWE fan boy. ROH [censored] sucks. It sucks. It's a bunch of Indy wrestlers who suck. I've watched it (not on TV of course) and it sucks. The only blessing any wrestler has there is that Vince is out there and maybe will sign them, give them real money, and put them on TV with a chance to make it. Albright couldn't because he's a pile of crap. Not my fault. Flavor Flav can get his own TV show but you still have to go to the store and buy a DVD to see ROH. That should tell you how good it is.  |
