Preshow

1) Shane Hagadorn won a ROH Student Six Man Mayhem match.

2) Sara Del Rey defeated Candice LaRae


Main Show

1) Davey Richards vs Jack Evans ends in a DQ when the NRC hit the ring and attack. The Resilience are in for the save.

2) Lacey defeated Daizee Haze with an Implant DDT to earn a shot at the SHIMMER Championship tomorrow night in Philly. Del Rey watched from the ramp.

3) Chris Hero defeats Nigel McGuinness via submission in a Pure Wrestling rules match. Tons of interference from Sweet N' Sour Inc. After the match Nigel destroyed Bobby Dempsey with a lariat.

During the match the lights went out and a message from Project 161 came over the PA.

~"Project 161 Is Real. Project 161 Is Coming. Be Ready. No One Is Safe. Project 161."

4) Matt Cross defeats Delirious, Brent Albright, Eddie Edwards, Pelle Primeau & Jigsaw to win Six Man Mayhem with a shooting star leg drop on Edwards. Albright ended up chasing Delirious to the back.

~ROH returns to Boston October 5th.

5) Austin Aries and Erick Stevens defeat Rocky Romero & Roderick Strong with Aries getting the pin after a 450 on Romero. Both factions brawled until Jack Evans made the save.

Jack got on the mic and said that on October 5th back there in Boston his crew would fight the No Remorse Corp.

Side note: Baker says Aries looked to really hurt his leg during the match.


~INTERMISSION~

6) Bryan Danielson defeats Matt Sydal with a triangle choke & MMA elbows. Matt Sydal's share of the $10,000 was up for grabs.

7) ROH World Championship: Takeshi Morishima defeats Claudio Castagnoli to retain after a backdrop driver in a great match.

8) Non-Sanctioned Street Fight: Kevin Steen & El Generico defeat Jay & Mark Briscoe after Steen hit a package piledriver on a ladder. Insane match.

1) Pelle Primeau & Mitch Franklin defeated Up In Smoke.

2) Shane Hagadorn won a Four Corner Survival during the preshow defeating Alex Payne, Rhett Titus and Eddie Kingston. After the match, Brent Albright came out, laid out all four participants and cut a promo.


Main Show

1) El Generico defeated Mark Briscoe in a Falls Count Anywhere match with a spinning tornado DDT on the floor.

2) Jack Evans defeats Deranged with a 630 splash.

~Before the match started, a guy in a Project 161 shirt appeared with a megaphone.

3) Chris Hero & Jigsaw defeat Claudio Castagnoli & Nigel McGunness when Hero bashed Claudio in the head with the Race To The Top Trophy.

4) Sara Del Ray defeats Lacey with a Royal Butterfly Hold into a suplex. Daizee watched. "Very good"

5) "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson defeats "Lightning" Mike Quackenbush when Quack passed out while in a Dragon Choke with elbows to the head. Quack broke out of a crossface chicken wing and the Cattle Mutilation.

6) Kevin Steen defeats Jay Briscoe in a Lights Out match after Generico interfered and Steen hit the package piledriver.

7) ROH World Championship: Takeshi Morishima defeats Brent Albright to retain after 2 backdrop drivers. Crowd was totally in to Albright and when nuts when they thought he won on a close near fall.

8) The No Remorse Corp & Matt Sydal defeat The Resilience & Delirious in an Unsanctioned Street Fight.

I bet this match was fantastic. No one works harder in the ring than Quack and both of these guys are great technical wrestlers. Danielson has been BRUTAL since he came back with those elbows!

Project 161 - return of The Propechy? Weren't Whitmer and Jacobs in The Prohecy? What about Pearce? These guys under Daniels (if he returns) would be sweet.

Yeah he cut a good promo ("shoot") on how the ROH fans turned their back on him, and that he could care less for the stupid chants they do and that they'd never see him in Ring of Honor again.

It's just a guess. People are talking Prophecy, and it would be a big swerve if he did come back.

I was referencing the "shoot" as a logical "jumping off" point for Project 161. Just a solidification of your point .

Yeah, I wasn't in disagreement with you on the kind of heat that would get 161 just seemed like it had the obstacle of the no-compete clause.

Yeah that would be pretty sweet. ROH fans will HATE Daniels if he comes back, and I think that would be good for him. Let's be honest, he was booked pretty stale his last few months with ROH. He usually puts on good matches and he was a great heel as things were winding down for him. During Daniels & Sydal vs. Jay Briscoe & Delirious (Supercard of Honor, I think) Daniels was AWESOME as a heel, talking trash and call Mark a 'stupid cripple' or something along those lines haha.

Two good shows this weekend from the sound of things. The Danielson/Quack match will see how this one fairs on my "Must Have DVD" List.
