OK, we all have our favorite wrestler who we would love to get voted into the Hall of Fame through great discussion and debate, but are there any wrestlers you would see as a "lock" to get into the HoF, no real discussion need be had? Would we all agree that Omega and Morpheus deserve to be inducted on legacy alone? Is Wolf a guranetee because of his longevity and popularity? Are the original Gladiators shoe-ins because of their utter dominace of the early GWF tag team scene? Personally I could go either way here. I certainly know what I'm thinking, I want to know what the rest of you think. Big Time

From the early years that I'm up to (2098) I'd say these guys are locks:
Omega Morpheus Thantos Star Warrior Gladiators (Brute/Massacre) Chaos Spike (I think he should be a shoo-in, but I'm probably biased) Wolf Amazonia (something's gotta to be said about the 1st "strong" female wrester/manager. (Does Sweet Thing count?)
Other than that, I think there's room for debate.

I agree with the list above and would add the following:
Pegasus Thunder Overkill Matador of M83 Lord Nexus (again, I think I have high standards, but Lord Nexus total contributions are massive and reach further heights than many of the 'locks' we've already mentioned.
Personal 'biased' picks based on their excellent performance in my own fed:
Max Shield (particulary after his upgrade, VERY strong card and performance Enigma (first true cruiserweight, held that title for long, multiple reigns) Dreggs (multiple tag champion with two different partners and long careers with those partners

If I based it on my fed, Morpheus would not make the cut. I don't think there are any "locks" if we all go by our seperate feds.

In my HOF I have a few people. I am only in 2102 and I have a 3 year waiting peroid to get in. Massif is the only wrestler. The Gladiators are the only tag team. Omega and Morpheus make it in in the builders catagory. And Renyard will be the first manager inducted.
Thantos, Star Warrior and Lord Nexus, are shoe in in the next few years. The Ani-men will likey make it in when Ram retires and Omega, Krakan and Sam will make it in the managers catagory.

Massif should be a shoe-in. 'Nuff said. Based on him being the commissioner, I'd say possibly. However, there's NO WAY he's a HOFer based on his wrestling career in my opinion.

Only way Massif gets in is as a contributor. His wrestling career was average at best.

This is one of the things that I love about COTG. Massif was one of the most dominate wrestlers of the game for me. He held the Heavyweight title x2, GWF tag x3, I-G singles x4, I-G tag x2, GWF TV title x2 and the GWF Hardcore x2
His overall record was 100 wins, 61 loses 9 dq's 2 draws. His tag record was impressive winning titles with 3 diffrent partners. Massif and Pulsar Prime. I had a huge 2/3 match tag tourny that took a year to do but Massif and Pulsar went 14-0 to win.
His awards include WOTY , 90, 94 TTOTY 87(Sam) 95(Pulsar), IWOTY 97 and MPWOTY 87, 90, 94,95. He was also runner up in a few more catagories.
He was the third wrestler to get 100 singles victories (Thantos and Wolf were 1 & 2). He didn't have a great winning % but he won the big matches when it counted.

Wondering,
Is this effort going to be part of Filsinger's canon, or is that still in the Promoter?
