I've seen several well reasoned threads suggesting that 75% would be a good line of demarcation to separate nominees from inductees. Before setting anything in stone I thought this was an issue worth opening up to vote.
Remember the higher the percentage...the more stringent the road to inclusion.
What should be the minimum percentage of affirmative votes needed to be voted into the CotG HOF?

I think 75% is fair.
Should we also set a quorum, just to make it official?

75% is good but people that just miss like 73-74% should also be considered
Maybe have a poll and who wins is elected as well
Always hate when people just miss making the baseball hall of fame by only a few percentage points

That's something that I'd like to see incorporated into this system. I think that it will be especially useful in dealing with early stars. As more people play the Classics period, there will be more consensus. I also think that there's also certain years that will make it tough to elect ALL eligible wrestlers- all of the retirements pre-New Beginnings comes to mind.

Similar to baseball I think we need a minimum percentage needed to stay on the ballot or else they are off the next time, and how long you can stay on the ballot.
