I'm not sure if such an idea has been mentioned already, but who do you think would be in (or is already in) the GWF Hall of Fame. It could be either for the official storyline or for your own feds.

Creating a new 'online' version of the GWF HOF is something I definitely wouldn't mind seeing considered...especially given the introduction of so many 'retro sets' in recent years. An online version with a dedicated forum where we can set up rules and standards for inclusion...with votes cast online...would probably be a lot of fun. More importantly it would help to drum up interest in older characters and game editions that may be getting lost in the shuffle. In other words it could only end up helping Tom's content. With regards to what currently exists...board member Ty States did a series of excellent write ups on the GWF HOF...including 'balloting' for various classes at the link below:

I remember when Mark used to collect balloting at G-con's for the HOF. And every year I used to push for Count Necros to make it in. Year after year I tried and failed. Then came a year when enough people did vote for him. Mark has never asked me again. Tom did make a special card for him and stated he was an immortal. Thus keeping the Count out of the hall for ever.

I'll have to check the Promoter for the last Hall of Fame class. I'm thinking there has been at least one more group inducted that I don't have on my website.

I've been wanting the HOF to go online for a while. It'd be easier for everyone and probably get a better voting sampling.

That's a good question... I think GWF, the cPc could have their own, but I don't think they'd mix.

I like the past HOF as guideline info and I do not mean any disrespect to them or the work put into them but I say start afresh! Most of those if not all in previous HOF's we will include anyway... am getting pretty excited about beginning this. Look forward to it! As soon as all guidelines have been discussed and agreed.

I think it should be a CotG Hall of Fame...GWF = RAW; CPC=Smackdown I can see the Hall Of Fame to be a commitee/group that is independant of the federations, thus allowing GWF, CPC and others to be represented. |

Just a quick question....are the above listed wrestlers already considered to be in the HoF or will they have to be revoted in durring the course of this project? Not trying to start a debate really, just wondering.

Nobody has an automatic entry. |
