Here is the notes on Online for multiplayer: Please note that the Game Table will only work in multiplayer mode if you are running Internet Explorer on a Windows PC. If you are having any trouble with connecting with your opponent in a multiplayer game, please visit www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1 to make sure you have the latest version of Java installed on your machine. Please be advised that playing behind a firewall can cause problems connecting in a multiplayer game, as well. |

Check to all of those.
I'm running on IE 7.0
Java is completely up to date.
I have turned off all my firewalls.
The only thing that may be an issue is I had to go into my tools/options and enable Active X.
I can get to the game table in single player just not in MP it appears.

After I wasn't able to hook up with Faction, I did get a match going with Thad.
I will post some important observations in our group's fed on the Fed Forum page.

There's just one more thing I'm going to attempt tonight and that's just roll down all my security measures on my browsers as opposed to actively selecting which things to allow.
Beyond that I don't know what I could do.

So now apparently I'm not having issues getting into MP games, but I get a prompt stating that there are to many users on the Game Table.
Server Message: You can not connect to the server right now, the number of clients for this match has been reached.

okay we discovered that it was the firewall interfering. false alarm.
