I know Splatter was brought in as manager of the OFC but what's his role now with the team? I know Shylock does most of the talking in public. Is Splatter a behind the scenes leader, keeping everyone in line? Is he involved in training (I'm doubting this but I figured I'd ask anyway)? Or is he just there as a bodyguard? I prefer behind the scenes leader since it makes him seem more important, but I'd like to hear other's views as well.

I can see him as all three. First of all, I think both him and Shylock are the mouths and brains of the OFC. I see him as a bodyguard as well. However, I see mostly as a trainer. I can see him hitting members of the OFC over and over again with a steel chair to "toughen them up"!
