Wait, is there an un written rule that no more than one person can have a banner? I'll remove it if that is the case.

The point of the banner is your own person ID and those were the original reason BDS started making them. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, there's a first time for everything.

I'm going to make more next Wednesday. I'm trying to have a COTGonline work day every Wednesday from here on out, so I'll do the same thing next week that I did this week; I'll do the update in the morning, and then make banners and avatars when I'm done.

I think avatars can be whomever you like, but there is somewhat an unspoken rule about banners. It just makes it easier to identify people without remembering their name exactly.

I actually think its the other way around. I recognize somebody by looking at their avatar first, then their name. For example, as someone else said it will be hard to get used to aquinas being Minotaur and not Finlay.

As the guy who grabbed that banner -- doesn't bother me at all.....I don't see why people can't share. I was going to grab the Betrayer avatar right away too, instead of Minotaur....but I remembered somebody (you?) having it already and didn't want to impose.

What I -really- would like is a Janus the Overman avatar....maybe I'll play a little in Photoshop this weekend.

Like Osk mentioned elsewhere, work has already started on 2087, Invasion, and the Classics. I can only assume that as far as the GWF goes, we'll proceed in chronological order from there until we catch up, so it shouldn't be too terribly long in the grand scheme of things. A few months, give or take.

If we are talking the first couple sets....I'd take dibs on The Executioner.....that was one of my favorite pieces of the artwork in the first set, if not my favorite.

Don't get too excited, guys ... by "work," I mean I've slapped the cards in front of Holli so she can start typing them into the database. Nothing new has gone to JC for coloring yet, at least not to my knowledge.
