I've downloaded active X what else do I need to download? The game table screen isn't completely viewable at the moment. I lost everything on my computer earlier today.  |

You need the Java Runtime Enviornment, available from www.java.com ... you also need the Adobe Flash Player, available from www.adobe.com |

I've gone into COTG Online and went to look at my card results from yesterday and it's not there.

I've gone into COTG Online and went to look at my card results from yesterday and it's not there. Check your working dates and make sure you're in the right fed, press. There's nothing that's happened today with the database that would have caused any data to go rogue. |

I can't remember deleting anything but there is still no card results there. Having said that I was clicking on buttons to get used to navigating the site so I'm not ruling it out.
In a constructive way I have to say that some of the navigation instructions aren't very clear to me but overall I'm still excited about getting things going.

I have to say that some of the navigation instructions aren't very clear to me I agree with you wholeheartedly ... it's something that we're always keeping an eye towards as we go forward, and something that I'll be continuously working on tweaking until everyone's happy with it. |
