When you get activated by Kris, you should get a message to the e-mail address you signed up with telling you what's been activated for you. I just got off of the phone with him, and he's going to check through the orders he's received and get in touch with you later today. In the meantime, go ahead and double check your e-mail inbox and junk mail folder (we haven't had many problems with stuff getting lost there, but still ...), and we'll get you sorted out, Ferg.
