Hey BDS, when you get some free time could you possibly explain how the simulator works exactly? Is it just a rating, does it run through an actual match, etc.?

It's just an abstraction at this point, Jeff, based in large part off of wrestler ratings that were assigned to each character. The ratings came from a combination of the power ranking polls, Rahl ratings for the cards, and Osk's whims.. I will, however, be writing an actual move-by-move simulator at some point down the road, hopefullyl.

Maybe, maybe not. That's ultimately going to be up to Osk. I think he might want to try ranking this set without the power rankings so the team can get used to doing it that way for the new sets. |
