* The design of the website has been tweaked, and looks a little better if I do say so myself. In any case, it much more closely matches the "official" COTGonline color scheme, which was the goal.
* The main menu now has drop-downs for easier navigation of the site.
* The top of every page in the Tracker now shows you what fed is active and what your working dates currently are.
* You can now specify a tag to filter your rankings on. What this means is that if you tell it to only show matches with "cruiser" in its tags, it will only count the matches you put the word "cruiser" in the tags for. That would effectively give you cruiserweight rankings for singles and tag. Expand this to "cage," "women," "short," or whatever else you want.
* You can set the Rankings to show the top 5, 10, 20, or 50 wrestlers, or just tell it to show everyone.
* Matches now have a "Victory Bonus" that you can set for them. Setting the victory bonus gives the winner of the match a few extra points in the Rankings. You can now cheat to push Sectarian to the moon if that's your thing. You'd be nuts, of course, but it's your fed, Promoter.
* You can now edit the name, location, and date of a previously entered card.
* You can now simulate 1000 matches. Why? Why not!
* If you have a singles match booked with two, three, or four competitors, you can simulate that match instead of entering the results yourself. Go to where you would enter falls for the matches, click the simulate link, and follow the prompts. It's pretty straigihtforward.
* I've made numerous code tweaks that you aren't going to notice anywhere if I did them correctly. If I didn't, you'll notice bugs that you'll need to tell me about. Just giving you fair warning.

Thank you!
That's actually a trial run to see how people like it. Assuming that it goes over well with everyone, I'll expand it to work for any type of match (specifically, numbers and combination of competitors) that the simulator can handle.

Try it again, Ferg. I just put a fix in, and you might have poked at it while I was working on it. If it's still giving you problems, tell me what internet browser you're using and I'll take another look.
And on that note, I just tested it in IE 6 after putting my fix in and had no problems with the drop-downs. If any of y'all have any trouble with them, please let me know what browser and version you're using and I'll look into it tomorrow.

Maybe I'm missing something but this tweak has rendered the stat tracker unusable to me. I can no longer access the account set up section so I can tweak the dates and feds I'm using. I can't view, change or edit cards or anything involving having to set the dates in the account section(which is a pain anyway) nor can I switch between feds. I'm using the latest version of fire fox. Unless, as I've said, I'm missing something.
Oh, and the menu bar is kind of jumbled. Links seem to be layered on top of one another which may be the cause of the problem.

And could you check your specific version of Firefox for me? I'll double check it along with IE 7 tomorrow morning.

I'm still going to look at the IE 7 thing in the morning. G'night, everyone!

You liar, you're still here... Holli fall asleep? Anyway, I have IE 7 and things are pretty much fine... the pull down menu doesn't quite pull down right (the first entry appears over the menu tab, and is alligned improperly) but otherwise everything looks fine. I really like the 'simulate match' button.. that's brilliiant.. its like having GM mode.

Mostly. ;D Anyway, I have IE 7 and things are pretty much fine... the pull down menu doesn't quite pull down right (the first entry appears over the menu tab, and is alligned improperly) but otherwise everything looks fine. Cool. I'm going to check it out tomorrow and see what I can do with it. I'm not surprised that it's spaced incorrectly, but it should be easy enough to fix. I really like the 'simulate match' button.. that's brilliiant.. its like having GM mode. Well, unless the feedback on it takes a drastic turn, it's pretty much a given that the next big update will expand this feature to as many of the matches you have booked as the simulator is capable of handling. And here I wanted to actually start on the play-by-play simulator, too ...

UPDATE: I've added in another new style sheet for IE7 which should hopefully fix any menu problems y'all have been having. I tested it here from the sprawling Swank Compound here in beautiful Terre Haute, Indiana, and it's working fine for me on IE 7, IE 6, and Firefox 2. If anyone has any more problems with the menu not functioning properly in your browser, please let me know. Thanks!

when i go to simulate the match it gives me errors. Will this not work for bootlegs? That is correct, even though the link is there to simulate a match, you cannot do so with bootleg characters. I tried it with my LWF guys and i must say, while I was holding out the slim chance it MIGHT work (even though I knew it wouldn't), the resulting error page was certainly pretty spectacular to look at.

I love that we can simulate matches right on the card. Please add it to multiple man matches.

I really think it wouldn't be that big a deal for BDS to set up this to work.. you'd have to enter in rating, and some finishing moves, and you're good to go, (I think) You guys should deifnately suggest it in the suggestion thread.
