I haven't gotten Statracker yet mainly because I wasn't sure about this, but should I wait until the CPC editions are released before I buy and use statracker so that the system will know who it i'm talking about? i would have to have to renter all that data once those editions come out.

You can enter whoever you want into the system as it is right now. Entering CPC guys is no different than entering a fed full of bootleg guys as far as the Tracker's concerned. You'll lose a little functionality in entering the CPC guys yourself, namely: * You won't have card stats, pictures, or COTG Files entries for any of the guys you enter. * Different wrestler "versions" (Renegade becoming Cannibal, for example) won't have a unified match history. * When ranked against official wrestlers, non-officials will be at a slight disadvantage. * There will be some extra data entry, obviously, because you won't have all of the guys pre-entered for you. * When the official CPC guys come out, you won't be able to migrate your hand-entered stats over to the real thing, so you'd have to re-enter the info if you're anal stuff like that (like me). Other than that, though, everything works the same, and it should function just fine if you want to start right away. A lot of people are using the Stat Tracker for non-aCe feds already. Considering that we're not sure what the timetable is for CPC at the moment, I'd recommend just going ahead with it, myself. I might be biased, though.

I'm just starting this CPC fed now. Will stattracker still spit out ranking for me?

If you wanted to have all of your stats tied to the official guys when the CPC releases, you're going to have to do all of the match and card entry again. I'm not going to tell you it's a quick process, because it isn't, but it is something that you get better with as you get used to the system. The second time through probably wouldn't be as time consuming as the first. And hopefully, by the time CPC comes out, I'll have streamlined the interface a little making it even easier. The Stat Tracker will absolutely still rank people for you, however, whether you're using official guys or non-official guys. That's not a problem at all.
