To avoid having problems with your printed 2121 cards coming out slightly small, heed the words of the Tournament Master: I figured out the problem. In the print menu, there is an area called page handling and a field called "page scaling". The default value for the file was set to "Shrink Larger Pages". If you change this to "None" the cards come out perfectly. I noticed that the print preview for me showed zoom at 94%. When you make this change it goes to 100%.

Wow, I am totally glad I caught this message before I went to Office Depot. I'll have to print out another 28 pages worth of aCe stuff on regular printer paper before I cardstock them, but what's a few more pages?

I went to print out the cards at two different places and both times they printed off-center, even though I made sure print scaling was set to 'None'

Page scaling set to none is what you need to do to print them out..I have them in hand & had them printed at Staples for under $5.

Keep this in mind: most printers have a maximum print edge that is smaller than the size of the paper, typically by a quarter inch on each side.
If you have a printer that can handle 11x17 paper, you might be able to print "bleeds". Otherwise, take the PDFs to a copy center and let a technician print out the cards.
Some places, notably Kinko's, make it a hassle to print copyrighted material. This was based on a court case where copy shops were found liable for copyright infringement because the copiers helped disseminate information. Keep this in mind if a store employee becomes testy. Tom would have to draft up a legal notice that would need to be included with the print order authorizing the printing of one order.

Oh yeah.....I am familiar with that because we had a long discussion of it on roleplaying boards with people wanting to print out PDFs they've purchased. Best bet is to simply try another store if possible.

If need be, we can add some legalese disclaimer to the printables allowing for them to be printed. I don't think that'd be a problem at all, so if y'all find that you're getting hassled about them, let me know and we'll take care of that.

So I finally got my printer hooked up and attempted to print out the cards today and it appears I'm having the tell tale issue as well.
It seems the cards line up perfectly when overlayed, but the stats have to be flipped so that they are readable and since they are not perfectly centered then the left margin pushes the stats about a 1/4" out of the back of the card. Is there something I'm missing. I've followed the advice on the thread here and still it's slightly off.

It seems no one else has come across the same issue I'm having. If there was some way I could play with the margins for every odd page I could push the stats over by 1/4" so that when I flip the initial even page and print on the back of it the stats would line up.
That or I just cut them out separate from each other and paste the two together. What's interesting is I just did a test print at work at everything lines up just fine from the exact same file..... So there's obviously a disconnect with my printer and pdf file format.
