My story's the same as a dozen others here. Loved COTG when I was younger, got older, school, job, family, less time, miss it, THRILLED by an online option, etc.
Unfortunately, I'm REALLY FAR behind on what's been happening in the universe for the last 5 or 6 years. Will COTG online have backstory info about the characters, feuds, key events, etc.? I've found those to be a lot of fun and a real help in getting invested in stories that develope in my fed. I hope that they'll be included in the online version... it would certainly be a lot more fun than just getting a bunch of (admittedly) interesting looking digital cards that I don't know the story behind.
Also, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let this game require NO DOWNLOADS that affect my Windows registry. I anticipate that I'll be playing, uh, at work during my, uh, breaks and I don't have the admin priveledges to download. If I can play through some sort of log-on directly through the websiste that would be FANTASTIC.
Thanks- my wallet is out guys, please take my money!

There will be backstory info galore.
As for the technical specs of it, you've got to have Flash and the Java Runtime Environment installed on your PC. Other than that, everything is ran directly off of the website.

WOO-HOO! Thanks, I'll be able to play directly through the website with no big-a$$ downloads!?!?!? This is GREAT NEWS! And backstory info?!!?!?! Just unbelievable... you guys are literally giving me back something that I loved but never expected to have the chance to do again... GOD! This is SO MUCH MORE COOL than all those life-suckingly time-consuming and unimaginitive MMP's that everyone is so hyped up about... Okay, calm down... I'm preaching to the choir, but this is THE videogame release that excites me the most of anything I've heard about for YEARS... WOO-HOO!
