I know I've said this to you before, but never anywhere publicly - the work that JC does with lighting effects is some of his best stuff. It's simply amazing.

I liked the lighting effect on Endgame but I'm not a fan of it on the other characters.
I didn't care for it on Thraxx and Zygon in particular.

I really thought that I was going to remain a die-hard B&W person, but I have to say that I have really been impressed with the way the color-work is turning out. It adds another dimension to the characters; I don't think I'm necessarily moving away from the B&W, but having the color alternative is pretty cool nonetheless. Superior continues to adds to that superiority, but I'm still 100% convinced that she is not a "new" character. I don't really have a great guess as to who she is, so far Supernova has been my hunch, and that hunch isn't that great.
CotG seems to be really moving into the direction of "choice", and I personally couldn't be happier. Josh and I will be playing the game the way we always have, but it seems that there is actually a great demand for the way we play (i.e. that of direct competition between different people, rather than as a single-player game). It's great that people will get the opportunity to experience that thrill of head-to-head competition, that we love it (as our nearly 18 years of game-playing will attest). I think that Josh and I will also make use of the on-line (as longer as it's affordable), at least myself in particular, in the form of the stat-tracker. I've wanted an easy way to track win/loss for years, but never found a convenient way to keep up with it.
Keep up the great work everyone, MADNESS in March, ACE in May, SUBVERSION in July, CPC in November. 2007 is a great year for the game, everything is spread out nicely to keep the year moving, and there is always something to talk about. I truly hope there is an order form in the new PROMOTER (and that the form says "released on March 15 - at the latest).

I find Rankor's color pic a little....off-putting...in a bad way. He just doesn't look right. The rest have been top notch but this one.....I just don't like it.
