I figure the title oughta get some attention around these parts.  Anyway ... www.cotgonline.com ... the spotlight is on everyone's favorite half-man/half-hornet in this week's Character Spotlight. Go see the leader of the current crop of AniMen in full color (one of the best color jobs so far, in my opinion). |

Makes you wonder if one day Swarm will take off the mask. His face couldn't look much different/worse than Antak's (a similar half-insect Andromedan), right?

I always pictured him to be more humanoid like Wolf, Ram and Badger before him vs. being a huge insect...his body is much more human than Antak's and he dates She-Devil so he must be a stud under there...
I don't think he ever needs to lose the mask...Not every guy who wears a mask needs to eventully lose it.

The mask adds a lot of mystery and depth to the character. Why does he wear it? What does he look like? Why does he feel he needs to hide his identity from the galaxy? What does he have to hide?
In my opinion, it would be a mistake to have him lose his mask, as it would almost certainly be a let down.

I thought he was badly scarred when he was younger or something like that. I'll have to check his origin when I get home. |

This is easily oneof the strongest pieces that has been turned out in color so far. Although I must say I never pictured him yellow and black, I don't know why. It does make perfect sence, though.
