Q&A Info - Read if Attending

Okay, here's some final info for everyone regarding tonight's Q&A:
How do I get there?
1.) Click this link.
2.) Use the blue form on that page to log in. There's no need to register if you haven't registered already. All you have to do is enter your name in the "your username" box and then hit the "chat" button.
3.) The chat will be held in a sub room called "COTGonline Q&A" which you will reach by clicking on the room's name in the list on the right-hand side of the screen. Holli will be in the main chat room to help out anyone who has trouble navigating the system.
When does it start?
The special room for the chat will open at 8:30 PM, Eastern time. The chat itself will start at EDIT: 9:30 PM, Eastern time. I do recommend getting there a little early if you're not much of a chatter to familiarize yourself with how things work. Don't worry, though, it's really self-explanatory.
When does it end?
When we're done, or when you decide to leave.
How is this going to work?
If you have a question, please type "raises hand" or "I have a question" in the chat. I will write your name down into a queue, and the first ones in will be the first ones to ask questions.
When it is your turn to ask a question, we'd appreciate it if you could keep it to one question to make sure everyone gets in before it gets too late. After you've asked your question, you're welcome to "raise your hand" again to go back into the queue.
Hopefully this will help us keep things organized. If we make it an open platform, there would be utter chaos and very few questions would likely get answered. The more organized this is, the more efficient it's going to be, and the more information everyone gets.
