I see this having alot of eventual customizing possibilities. Everyone here knows the offical cannon storyline but with something like this adjusting stats and storylines according to your dice and booking. A good portion of us didn't have the Keepers leaving during the first sudden death. In my federation Chaos, M83, and the Keepers had solid reigns during this period and I personally didn't like the orginal Alpha Force card and downgraded it to balance the cards out. I could see this adjusting the next edition through your dice and booking. Alot of things could be possible with system upgrades and future editions of COTGonline.
This is a very positive thing. Its also good for the enviroment.

While I realize it's not on the map at the time of it's initial launch...one of the 'coolest' potentialities I see for COTG Online (pending a thumbs up for bootleg card creation to eventually being Incorporated into the system) is expanding the use, reach and scope of player created content in dimensions that were never before possible. It's a good thing that unprofitable 'official' sets like CPC and ACE will have their creative lives prolonged by going online...yet that's just merely scratching the surface of the type of content that can also find life 'online' in a 'digitized' and 'readily available' format. The sky may be the limit.
LWPD (could the day eventually come when player created 'unofficial cult sets' like ICOF find their way onto COTG Online...with digitized card art and printable PDF guidebooks made readily available?...will opportunities be opened for artists to work with promoters to converge on a shared hobby and bring to life entire 'cyber-sets' of their own creation...with Filsinger Games profiting by providing 'the system' that makes it all possible...only time will tell)
