Vyolynce vs. Soug in a no disqualification rematch for the vacant PCW X Title.
"Hardcore" Jim Steel defends the PCW Heavyweight Title against Steven Blade
"The Extreme Icon" Alex Tremaine defends the SWA Heavyweight Title against former champion Body Count

The show began with the commentators speculating on the validity of the rumors of Phineaus T. Phatback wishing to purchase SWA/PCW and would Commissioner Augusteen sell out to Phatback, as the camera buzzes past the crowd we see that SWA legend White Tiger is in attendance.
Predator Simmons beat Bounty Hunter w/ Reynard B. Guile with the Sidewalk Slam [Dud]
Pillchard was successful in his debut against Mad Jester when he put Jester down with the Pug Buster [1/2 *]
[glow=pink,2,300]**SWA Womens Title Tourny Finals**[/glow]
Tiger Mask beat Tigress in a hard fought match after the third Sky Twister Press of the match to become the champion [****]
[glow=green,2,300]**SWA Astro Title Tourny Finals**[/glow]
Ace Ozone defeated Chalupacabra via Totally Voided to win the title [**]

Commissioner Augusteen was Lar's guest on this segment. Augusteen stated that the rumors were indeed true that Phatback was trying to buy SWA/PCW. Augusteen also stated that SWA/PCW is NOT for sale...
Phineas T. Phatback came onto the set and interrupted and told Augusteen to sell now or regret it later... Augusteen got in Phatback's face and firmly said "Hell No", Phatback stated that if he won't sell SWA/PCW and do things the easy way, then He would make things difficult...Phatback stated "The Takeover is about to begin..." and with that Phatback left peacefully.

Soug defeated Vyolynce in a brutal hard-fought contest by finally putting him down with Look Out to become the first PCW X Champion [****]
The sWo (All Night Long & Bazzy) destroyed Jade Dynasty and Long got the pin on Akuma after the Mighty DDT, after the bout Long and Bazzy continued to beat Akuma, Tsuyoi got into the fray but was quickly taken out when Soug ran in and nailed him with a chair..Long, Soug, & Bazzy then spike-powerbombed Akuma through a table injuring him 6 cards [*1/2]
[glow=yellow,2,300]**PCW Heavyweight Title Match**[/glow]
Steven Blade (w/ Laura Phoenix) beat "Hardcore" Jim Steel(c) via disqualification when Steel busted a chair over Blade's head while they fought outside the ring. This match was a wild brawl from the start, Blade came close twice to becoming the new PCW Heavyweight Champion, but Steel managed to kick out both times. A rematch has been signed between these two men. [**]
[glow=silver,2,300]**SWA Heavyweight Title Match**[/glow]
Body Count leveled "The Extreme Icon" Alex Tremaine(c) with Another Sucka Dead to regain the title. This match was all Body Count... As soon as the match started Body Count battered and beat Tremaine to a bloody pulp and managed to dent a few chairs in the process...while the two men fought outside White Tiger jumped the guardrail and stood watching with his arms folded. As Body Count stood in the ring with belt raised high he and White Tiger seemed to be staring one another down...[**]
