reporter: We have just received word straight from Bloodbath Championship Wrestling Headquarters that the BCW: UNDERGROUND has folded. Yes, you heard right, they have closed their doors and filed bankrupcy.
When Commishiner Cannibal was asked why? He had this to say: "Simply put, it wasn't drawing enough revenue to pursue keeping it running. We at BCW understand that this will put many young and rising superstars out of work. That's why the BCW is going to extend contracts to some of these wrestlers to wrestle in BCW while other Underground wrestlers will be released from their contracts and be given severence pay. We will be filing these contracts in the next couple of weeks, and I'm sure the press will be getting the updates as they come. That is all for now, thank you."
Reporter: Mr. Cannibal, one more question if I can?
Cannibal: One more and then I must leave.
Reporter: You said that "some of these wrestlers will get an extended contract"? How will the BCW decide which wrestlers get a contract extension and who gets released?
Cannibal: Well, first of all, we do know that the current champs in the Underground will be getting contracts and will certainly be wrestling full time. Whether their championships will be kept in tact, that's another story. The Champsionship committee will decide the fate of the Championships in the coming weeks. We also know that #1 contenders will also be getting contract extensions, and after that, we will review each wrestler and their talents in the Underground to see which ones would be a nice fit in the BCW. Basically, if a wrestler has alot of the character we're looking for and that fans will come to see, they will be signed. That is all for now, I must go. Thank you.
Reporter: You heard it here folks, look for changes in the BCW real soon, we'll keep you posted as we hear more!
