(it has been a while since I posted anything for the NSWA on here. This is just to show I am still alive-so to speak )

The bright lights of the Polaris coliseum shone down as fans gathered in
excitement for the NSWA weekly card. The camera focuses to the left
of the entrance Ramp where Media figure Johnny Rocket sits.


JR: Welcome NSWA fans to the start of a brand new year and normally my co-host Lars Toxic would be out here making some rude comment about the fans and...

*"I Know You Want Me" by Sunny begins playing as Tech Candy walsk out to a chorus of Boos by the NSWA fans. She blows a kiss to the Few fans that are cheering for her as she takes the empty headset ands sits down next to Rocket.*

Rocket: Not that I can't say I like loking at you versus looking at Lars but what exactly are you doing here?

Candy: Isn't it obvious? Commissioner Wylde and the executive committee wanted someone a lot easier on the eyes than the tattooed loudmouth Toxic and they approached me, since I AM the sexiest Diva in the NSWA and so-welcome to your new Broadcast partner.

Rocket:...I see. Do you think you can do a better Job than Lars?

Candy: Please...how hard can it be? I won the Miss Sierra Crest Paegaent. Toxic has about as much credentials as one might find in the average barfly. If he can get away with it for as long as he did, I know I can!

Rocket: Welll, Tonight we kick off the Perennials for this year and the competiton has never looked more intense.

Candy: It actually did-at the kast card when I went to the semi-finals after beating the female fleabag and no one thought I could do it. So, the action has been more intense. This-this is nothing but a lottery and the rest of the Divas are lucky I'm not in there!

Rocket: In any case, let's start the action off with the first round for the women's title.

"Wildact" begins playing over the P.A system as Nita Goldenclaw makes her way down to ringside, earning a mixed reaction from the fans as she gets to the ring and jumps from the floor to ring over the top rope in one move.

Rocket: Love them or hate them, the 'Cats always do put on a good show!

Candy: She may be good-but I'M better-I proved that already once!

"Hit me with your Best Shot" by Pet Benetar then begins playing over The P.A as Thalassa, makes her way down to the ring, her soft smile not seeming to reach her eyes as she clmbs the arpon and steps in the ring.

Rocket: The last woman to hold the NSWA women's title before the year end break, seems determined to regain her position as Top diva and NSWA women's champion once again!

Candy: Please. Look at her. is that rally someone who desreves to be Womensl champion? she dresses horribly-her hair is a mess. Let's face it-she's just not well...ME!

Rocket: Then why aren't YOU in the tournament?

Candy:*snorts* Better pay and less wear and tear on my gorgeous physique! What do you think?!

Results:
This was Nita's match form the get go. While the two did trade advantge within the first few moments, Nita came out on top of the exchanges and hit the CHEETAH CRUSHER within the first few minutes. It only got her a two count, but Bit prssed her assault. A missed Tope Suicida gave Thalassa the momentary advantage and she treid to maintain the assualt but it was in vain as Nita soon reagained the advantage and hit a second CHEETAH CRUSHER but again, she only got a two. At one poin in the match, Thalassa seemd to be reaching for somehting insode of herself-perhaps trying to get a second wind, but it was in vain. A spinning backdrop got Nita a third Two-count on Thalassa, and sensing weaknes,Nita moved in for the kill. The end came shortly after that with Nita hitting the SPINNING ASSAULT for the Three count.

Candy: I'll be-the fleabag pulled it off!

Rocket: She is a former Champion in both the NSWA and BSW so I'm not toally surprsied.

Candy: Maybe I SHOULD re-enter...Nah-I'm sure my adoring Public would miss me *waves to a few men in the audience* Hi,Boys!

Rocket: and on that note-on with the tournament.

"Pomp and Circumstance" begins playing as Dorna Wayfairer ,walking tall and regal, casuallty strolls down to the ring, amidst of chorus of boos. She hands her tiara to a ringside attendant, then walks up[ and into the ring.

Rocket: A former women's champion, Dorna , thanks in part to the paving that Baron Strauss provided, is now part of the NSWA!

Candy: don't you just LOVE her dress? I heard it took her servants eight whole days just to make her dress for the NSWA and her debut!

"Atlantean Military Anthem" begins playing as Venya Tyrathem, being escorted by the Nyzea Brothers,makes her way to the ring, her oversized robe concealing most of her features. She stops at ringside, removes the robe, revealing an outfit similar to what Za'ara wears. The loud booing seesm not to bottehr the Queen's handmaiden, as she steps in the ring..

Rocket: Royalty vs Royal advisor. An age old discussion and this time the winner of thsio bout will advance to the next round.

Candy: Dorna is a former champion but Venya couold be credited with some of the sucess that Za'ara has had, not that Za'ara couldn't have doen it on her own-but becasue of Venya, it came sooner.

Results:
A lighting paced match that had both competitors exchange contorl. In te end, the experince of Dorna paid off as the Princess caught Venya in the ROYAL RACK and Venya had no choice but to submit!

Rocket: that was fast...

Candy:...and anti-climatic. Juts goreds to sheo you there ids a difference betwen thise who weare the crown and those who polish it!

Rocket: On to the next pair of competitors.

"Invincible" by Pat Benetar begins playing, and as the fans get to their feet and cheer, Carrie Storm, sister of Blood Geneartion leader, Jake Storm, makes her way down to ringside,smikling at some of the fans on the way down to the ring.

Rocket: Former women's champion and current fan favorite,Carrie Storm looks to regain the gold and be the first champion in the new Blood Generation.

Candy: That brat? Please. Her claim to fame is beating the furball to win the women's title and we all know THAt is no big feat!

"Atlantean Militray Anthem" begins playing as Za'ara Koravel makes her way to rignside, amidst an overwhelming chorus of Boos. She gives a few fans scathing looks as she walks down the aisle to the ring.

Candy: And there is the woman who beat her-TWICE. Za'ara is a queen in every sense of the word and just like me, is destined for greatness.

Results:
Carrie Storm took of like a shot at the beginning of the match and really took it to the Elevn War Queen. A Stormbreaker had the Queen on the mat when she began chanting something in Anceint Atlantean,and suddenly Za'ara was back on ehr feet with a wicked look in her eyes as she went to town on Carrie. Still, the momentum shifted soon after back to the Younger Storm sibling as she hit BLACKHEART Three times and even connected with THE HEART RATE but the Queen kicked out-even though it seemed to stagger her somewhat. The end came when Carrie went for a Deathjump but Za'ara rasied a knee, and casued a serious momentum shift. Za'ara then set Carrie up and took her out with a half charged ATLANTIS ASSAULT, getting the win!

Rocket: What a match. The queen took a lot of punishment and still managed to come up with the win!

Candy:As I expected she would come up with the win! Za'ara is Royalty and Royalty rules!

Rocket: and on to the final match of round 1

"Money" by Pink Floyd begins playing as Syf walks down to the ramp. The xo of Aesir corp wlaks down,pauses as she answers her cell phone and is talking on it down to the ring.

Rocket: Even on her way to a match, The XO of Aesir corp means busniess out of the ring as well as in!

Candy: She won a 20 woman last one standing match just to get her position. Makes her very ruthless in the ring!

"Shock The Monkey" by Peter Gabriel begins playing as Lady Ampere begins making her way down to ringside, slapping hands with the fans on her way.

Rocket:The first ever NSWA women's champion is making her way down to the ring, greeting fans along the way!

Candy: Big deal. She may have been the first ever champion, but she hasn't been on top since then!

Results:
Syf started off the match with an Arm Breaker but Ampere not only scouted the move, but slipped out of the way, picked up Syf with an electric chair drop and got a 2 count. She then proceeded to hit Three consecutive ELECTROCUTIONS with the Third one being the charm, knocking Syf out and getting Ampere the Three count!

Nita GoldenClaw vs Princes Dorna wayfairwer

This match was in Nita's favor from almost the beginning. Althougn the princess put up one heck of a fight, in the end, the Werecheetah simply outmanuvered her and hit the CHEETAH CRUSHER for the Three count!

Lady Ampere vs Za'ara Koravel
This match was the best math of the divison as both women gave it their all. Both women exchanged finishers with Ampere nailing Za'ara with the SHORT CIRCUIT and Za'ara hiting Ampere with a Fully Charged ATLANTIS ASSAULT whcih only Got Za'ara a 2 count. Then end came,when, after being dropped on her head by a sereis of Piledrivers, Za'ara connected with DOMINATION to get the Three count!

Finals:
Nita Goldenclaw vs Za'ara Koravel.
Power vs Speed is the way this match went down. In this case, the power of the Queen of the Elves was too much for the were-cheetah as she landed a number of moves that seemed to lessen the Nita's speed with each pasing minute. The end came when Za'ara hit a fully charged ATLANTIS ASSAULT for the victory.

Rocket: And the Queen is once again NSWA women's champion, but Nita Goldenclaw is hot on her heels ands she almost had her tonight. I expect this is not the last time we will see the two of them go at it for the Womens title.

Candy: *yawn* The furball got spayed-end of story. However, if she wants a second helping of pain, I'm sure Za'ara would be glad to oblige!

Rocket: You know, if you keep ths up,. Nita may pay you a visit....

Candy: If the furball wnats to be embarassed by me a second time, I'll be happy to help. All I ask is she let me know ahead of time so I can get my shots...

Rocket: And with that,let's go to the Tag team Tournament.

*Atlantean Military Anthem" begins playing as Elvin Glory begins making their way down to ringside as they are booed from the moment they stepped foot on to the ramp and well past the momehnt they stpped into the ring.

Rocket: The brothers of pain, Vonrael and Thalian Nyzea otherwsie known as Elvin Glory are a formidable tag team in the NSWA.

Candy: MMMM...and they fill their wrestling Trunks out SOOO well...!

"Miami Vice" by jan hammer begins playing as New genesis makes their way to the ring, a mix of boos and cheers fill the arena.

Rocket: New Genesis-sort of a misknomer for the team as Molotok is not even from Geneis but has allied himself with Nefaraus in this tag team. Nonetheless, both men are no strangers to tag team gold, not only with other partners, but they themselves , they have also won the NSWA tag team titles.

Candy: And both men are long overdue fior the wrestler retirement home. How they managed to fluke their way to gold last year is a mystery to me...

Results
New Genesis got the initial lead but couldn't hold on to it, eventually getting nalied by FOR ATLANTIS, thus giving Elvin Glory the win and advancing them to the next round.

Candy: Hey,Nefarus-Genocide called. He has room for you at the home! Honestly, these two should take the hint and just retire already!

Rocket: I firmly believe both men still have some life left in their careers. Anyways, on to the next round.

"Smooth" by Santana begins palying as Sho Jyn Roh and Daniel bryce,make their way to the ring, shaking hands with fans as they go.

Rocket: Two former mixed martioal arts compettiors, now allied as a teag team, hoping to capture some NSWA tag team gold. In fact, Sho Jyn Roh is a former Interplanetary champion himself, so he is no stranger to gold.

Candy: One halfway decent fighter with a lackluster partner and these two think that they are going to get through the likes Of Elvin Glory, The furballs, or much less their opponents? Please. They need to stick to what they do best and wrestling isn't it!

"Fule" by Hemmorage begins playing as Black Opps begin a measured pace to the ring, being booed every step of the way.

Rocket: Now here's a team that came on the scene last year and though they never got the tag belts, they insitagated a number of attacks on the then NSWA Galatic Champion, Behemyth, showing that depiste his size and power, the duo was unafraid of him.

Candy: I've heard stories about what these two did to other tag teams in a number of Minor organizations-it isn't pretty-nor will what happens to their opponents tonight.

Results:
Despite Black opps having initial contorl, it ended up decidely different. What was expected to be a long drawn out battle betwen the two teams, ended when Bryce made a Tag after Hitting Old School on Shaprshooter which Jyn Roh Followed up with a Sambo Exploder to get a three count. However, while Martial Law had their backs turned, Black opps slipped out of the ring, and grabbed steel chairs and clobbered the winning duo. Then, a masked wreslter jumped the fence,pulled a sledge hammer from under the ring ,while Black Opps was beating on Martial law and took the sledge to Jyn Roh's back, and putting them out of the rest of the tournament. (Jyn Roh receievd a 4 card Injury) .

Rocket: Now,. damnit they had no call to do that. Martial law had the match won and those 2...mercenaries couldn't hack the fact that they lost and so the jumped the team from behind!

Candy: *shrugs* I told you that they would not get past Black Oppd and I was right. You don't make that tag team look bad and not pay the consequnces-it is as simple as that!

Rocket: Hopefully,.Commsioner Wylde will have something to say about their actions and whoever it was that helped those 2! Meanwhile, on to the next round!

"I Believe I can Fly" by R. Kelly begins playing as Matthew Soltari and Michael Caldarion make thier way to ring, their robes glittering in the arena spotlights.

Rocket: this is a team that debuted late last year and have shown a lot of promise.

Candy: Empty promises you mean. These two were at the botoom of the tag divison last year when they debuted and they stayed there all year. I don't think these two can get their collective act together with a producer and a choreographer!

"Eye Of The Tiger" by Survivor begins playing as the arena erupts in loud cheers and yelling as the most popular Tag team In The NSWA, Adrenalynne, begins makign their way down to the ring. Both Collins and Willams and wearing their matching gi's with their names on the backs. They discard the jackets and hop into the ring.

Rocket: The most popular tag team in the NSWA and three time NSWA tag team Champions.Yes, Adrenalynne is in the arena and the fans just love these two youngsters.

Candy: I dated punks like them back on Sierra crest-back before I was as Important as I am today. These two may have won the NSWA tag team titles thre timres but it also means they have lost them as well, so they don't impress me!

Results:
One of the biggest uspest of the night as Michale Caldarian, semingly out to prove hismelf and his partner went the entire match alone. Even a botched deathjump couldn't keep him down for long as he rallied and came back against the former champion Michael Collins and hit the SIN BUSTER for the Three count.

Rocket: what a shock! The team that no one expected to make to past the first round UNSEATS the former champions. Could they go all the way?

Candy: Caldarian got lucky and Collins was sloppy. *yawn* next?

"Halls of Montezuma" begins playing over the loudspeaker as Scott Darke and Steve Sampson aka Armed Forces begins to make their way to the ring. They stop about halfway down as a fan is waving an Flag from the United Staes of America on Earth. Both men stop,turn, face the flag and salute it for five seconds before completing their journey to the ring.

Rocket: Both of these men are former military and very proud of their sevice record. And now, here they are in the NSWA produly representing their country.

Candy: The same country that threw them all out of the Military they so "proudly" served? These two are like so many others-they will use any dumb gimmick to suck up to the fans!

"Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns n' Roses begisn playing as the two memebrs of the Lycan Alliance begin making their way to the ring,. amdist a somewhat mixed audience.

Rocket: The last team to hold the Gold before the year end reset-the Lycan Allaince essentia;ly beat three other teams in a huge ladder match to get the belts.

Candy: More fleabgs. I swear, you can't turn a corner in the NSWA without running into a Lycan. It's just like the vampires in other federations-they're everywhere!

Results:
Armed Forces came out of the gate battling and never gave the lycans a chance to catrch their colelctuive brath. While the cats did manage to get soem offesne in, it was too little too late. The end came when Scott Drake locked in the BERMUDA TRIANGLE on Panterror, causing him to submit.

Rocket: This has been a night of surprsises with Armed Forces getting the win! I I have a good feeling about these two men!

Candy: *fixing her makeup* Hm? oh-the soldiers won? good for them. Johnny, do you think we could get a little air-conditioning over here? The heat from the monitor is making my hair wilt.

Rocket:*mutters under his breath somehting unpleasant* let's get to the final bout of round 1.

"Funeral Dirge " begins playing as The Prophet and the hooded competitor, Cyavin aka Dark Legion make their way to the ring amidst a chorus of Boos.

Rocket: One of the most Bizarre and unlikely tag teams in the Tournament is Dark Legion. Originally, this was the team name for Prophet and his supposed mentor,Bloodclaw, but after Cyavin was dumped by the elves, Bloodclaw picked him up and has put him in his place in the team while Bloodclaw focuses on Singles gold.

Candy: For once,I'm with you Rocket. I was breifly allied with Bloodclaw and Prophet last year and frankly,I was always worried I'd end up a mindless zombie slave or worse with those 2...

Rocket:*Mutters* no worries there...

"Apache" begins playing as the Tribe aka Byrghtwynd and Redfeather, make their way to the ring, dressed in typical Indian Garb.

Rocket: The Tribe is a team that never semd to find it's mark last year, Ironially being involvled in a feud with the very namesake of the team they are fighting this year.

Candy: For once, I'm hoping the indians win. Not that they know hwo to dress, but at least their eyes don't glow!

Results:
The tribe took it to their sworn enemies in this match and despite the Dark legion mounting some offense early on, the indain duo kept pounding away at Cyavin, making a number a few tags betwen them. The end came whern Collin Redfetaher delivered the WARPATH to a severly weakened Cyavin for the Three count.

Rocket: well, looks like you got your wish. The tribe advances to the semi Finals.

Candy: Y'know , big Thom is Kinda cute...wonder if he is single...

Semi Finals:
Elvin Glory vs Righteous Glory (Soltari & Caldarian)
Despite a solid showing in the previous round and a string inital battling, the elves seemed to settle into a groove and ,with frequent tags, began tearing the duo apart, htitting FOR ATLANTIS and an ELVEN CUTTER on Soltari as well as conencting with Dominance on three occasions. A desperate tag to Caldarion didn't even slow the Elves down as the first hit with Dominance anfd then sealed the deal with the ELVEN CUTTER for the Three count on Caldarian.

The Tribe vs Armed Forces
Ther tribe camer out swinging and for a while it looked like they were holding their onw, but it wasn't to last as Armed Forces rallied back and began taking it to Collin Redfeather of The Rribe. An AERIAL ASSAULT got a two-count on the senior memebr of the Tribe and from there it went down hill rapidly. The end came when Sampson hit WARGAMES on Redfeather for the Three count.

Finals:
This was what tag team action was meant to be. Lots of lows and highs and for every advantage one team would get, the other would soon after catch a break. Frequent tags were the theme of this match and it all came down to which team could make the best use of tag moves and contain a member of the other team. In this match, that honor fell to the Elves as they caught a Dominance on Steve Sampson. Thalian connected with FOR ATLANTIS on Sampson which got a two count but Vonrael followed it up with the ELVEN CUTTER for the Three count and The win.

Rocket: Well, with the tournaments over, The Elves of Atlantis are in control of both the Women's title and the Tag team titles. If this trend continues, the Elves might control most of the gold in the NSWA.

Candy: And your surprised by this? The elves have been claiming their superiority since Za'ara walked onto the scene and tonight just proves it!

Rocket: well, up next is a most unusual gauntlet. It is for the NSWA Hardcore title and the match will be played using rules form both Hardcore titan death and Four weapons of Destruction-making this a TRUE hardcore Gauntlet. Ands her ewe go with our first two competitors.

"We will Rock You" by Queen begins playing as Kit Rock makes his way down to ringside, shaking hands with fans as he goes. He gets to the ring and pops up onto the apron, earning himself more cheers as he does.

Rocket: Kit Rock, formerly one-half of Righteous Air, A former Tag team champion and a former Hardcore champion as well. No stranger to gold in either division!

Candy: I'll give him credit for managing to pin Daeron Blackoak but he got plastered by the Angriest man in the NSWA, Shawn Atlas, who was a better Hardcore champion than Kit Rock anyways!

"Blaze of Glory" begins playing as Steven Blade, begins making his way down to ringside, a scowl on his face as he regards the competition.

Rocket: Steven Blade. A tough, no-nonsense wrestler who has yet to strike gold here in the NSWA.

Candy:Nicely proportioned too. Wonder if he'll be free after he wipes the floor with the Jumping bean?

Rocket: Careful-his WIFE might have some objections.

Candy: Spoilsport.

Results:

Rocket: The GWF and Second Realm Loose cannon comes to the NSWA with a HUGE win.

Candy: And he looks studly while doing it. I wonder if he's single....

Rocket: We go from the hardcore division to the Interplanetary division gauntlet. A lot of interesting talent is going to be in this match

"Private Eyes" by Hall & oates begins playing as the CPC champion Shylock makes his way to the ring..

Rocket: A rather odd theme for a rather odd star, but their is no denying how talented Shylock is and what he has accomplished.

Candy: And yet, he still dresses like he shops at an army/navy thrift store. I do hope whoever he is facing is easier to look at then Goat Boy here...

"Cold as Ice" begins playing as the Lycan Alliance's #2 werecat, Ka'shii makes his way to the ring amidst a mixed chorus of cheers and boos.

Rocket: Ka'shii, a former #1 contender to the Galactic tile, now ahs his sights set on winning the Interplanetary tile for the Lycan Contigency in the NSWA.

Candy: Another furball...didn't they get all their talent beaten already? Not that they had much to begin with but still...

Rocket: And the bounty Hunter Ravnah comes away with the Gold. The big man seemed to do almost nothing last year when he debuted and here he is-the interplanetary champion. Quite a win for him!

Candy: I was so hoping Tommy would win. There is just something about a man wearing chain mail...

Rocket: And now we have come to the final Gauntlet match of the evening. This is for the NSWA Galactic Heavyweight championship.

Candy: It's about time. I have a date after the show and I need time to get my hair free of the stale beer smell of this arena..

"Angel's Holocaust" by Iced Earth begins playing as Keth Vale begins to make his way to ringside amidst a mixed reaction from the fans.

Rocket: Keth Vale, a man who has held several titles in a number of other federations looks to make it big with not only his holovid sales of NSWA shows, he also looks to wear NSWA gold.

Candy: he is a major star, though with all the money he makes you think he would look better than a reject from a bad biker movie.

"Iron Man" by Ozzy Ozbourne begins playing as the crowd pops loudly for the man -monster known as Behemyth. His eyes never stray once from the ring as he begins a measured pace down the ramp.

Rocket: Behemyth is one of he founding competitors of the NSWA, winning the Interplanetary title in the first perennial and late last year, he won the NSWA Galatic title and defended it twice.

Candy: Mmm...built like a greek god and as ruthless as one too. And I don't mean Actagion or Proteus!

Atlas: KILL my Music Gimps! *Music stops as the crowd Boos loudly* Do you mindless morons see this?! *holds up the NSWA title* THIS is what all of you MARK for-what you want your big brainless oxes, your spandex clad pretty boys and every simp and jackass you buy posters strive for and *I* have it! I came here two years ago, beating the hell out of that acne clad adolescent, and nearly getting thrown in jail. But guess what? Here I am on top of the Food chain and there isn't a damn thing ANYONE of you can do about it! You know what this belt means to be? A Buck-fifty and change-that's about it, but I know all you brainless pondscum out there are thrilled by something that shines so prettily so, just because you people like it-I'm taking it away and No ONE is ever going to see it again! Anyone wants to try and take it from me-step up. Frankly, the entire roster is a bunch of inbred idiots and the arena smells like stale beer.
