Tystates,
This looks like it is going to be a great PPV. I really like how you have your tournament set up. In December, I have a PPV caled Hardcore Holidays and at that time, thanks to your lineup, I am now thinking about having a tournament for my first Hardcore Championship at that time and I might use a format for my tournament similar to the format that you posted.

Hi Stephen. I like doing tournaments and have decided not to have a Hardcore title at this time. If I did this tourney would be to determine the first champion. I just picked four from ICW and four from the USWA. Some other guys would have been good for it but I have them booked in other matches on the card. Then I just decided what special matches to use and placed them in the bracket.
I just remembered, I was going to have a Spin the Wheel Make the Deal match on this show. I'll have to think about that and maybe make some little changes now.
Thanks for the comments.

Wembley Stadium was the site for a huge night of professional wrestling, holiday style! Halloween Havoc lived up to the hype.
On the USWA Glory preshow:
Interpromotional Challenge Match Dallas Page vs. Rick Rude
It was an even start to the match before Page took the fight outside. Rude got back on top and ended the bout with the Rude Awakening, giving ICW the bragging rights.
Loser Leaves Town for 90 Days Justin Credible vs. Chris Candido
Credible had the offense early but Candido came up with some close near falls. Both landed their finisher but it was That's Incredible that won the match and forced Candido out of the USWA.
Texas Death Match Don Leo Jonathan vs. Ted DiBiase
It was all Million Dollar Man in this one. After taking over on the floor DiBiase won with a suplex.
HALLOWEEN HAVOC
King of the Deathmatch Tournament First Round
Singapore Cane Match Sabu vs. Jimmy Valiant
Valiant started off strong and applied the sleeper. Sabu came back and battered Valiant with the cane and then a leg drop won the match.
Tables Match Sheik vs. Sandman
Sandman attacked first and jumped off the apron and crashed himself and the Sheik through a table on the floor. Sandman then came off the top rope and put the Sheik through another table before bashing him with the cane to get the pin.
First Blood Match Ox Baker vs. Jim Duggan
It was a brawl from the start. Baker put Duggan down with the Heart Punch and battered Hacksaw's head to bring out the blood.
Falls Count Anywhere Match Johnny Valentine vs. Crusher
The Crusher battered Johnny V. around the ring and on the outside. They fought all over the stadium field and Crusher won after the Bolo Punch.
Non-Tournament
Finisher Match Danny Hodge vs. Steve Corino
Both men got two counts after their finisher. Hodge took over and continued to use the Oklahoma Roll until getting the pin.
Ida Mae Martinez vs. Sherri Martel
A rare womens match with the combatants in different federations. Sherri took over with a reverse suplex and won with the splash.
Loser Leaves Town for 90 Days Missing Link vs. Virgil
The Missing Link made his stand against Virgil with the help of Ida Mae Martinez. The Link used his head butt and massive chair shots to rid the USWA of Virgil.
Triple Threat Match Ed Lewis vs. Frank Gotch vs. Jim Londos
All three men carried the offense at different points of the match. Gotch had both opponents in trouble but Londos won with the Boston Crab on Lewis.
Tournament Semifinals
Chain Match Sabu vs. Sandman
Sandman whipped Sabu with the chain. The ddt sent Sandman into the finals.
Dog Collar Match Ox Baker vs. Crusher
The match went back and forth before the Crusher proved to be too much for Baker.
Non-Tournament
Brass Knuckles Match Yukon Eric vs. Killer Kowalski
Eric was in charge early. Kowalski hammered away with the knucks and with weapons from the outside. The Claw then did its damage and he wore Yukon Eric out.
First Blood Match Bobo Brazil vs. Terrible Turk
Turk beat on nose and face of Bobo. The stranglehold kept Brazil down and it was with the Sheik's help that the Turk got the win.
Falls Count Anywhere / Five Minutes with Jim Cornette Bob Orton Sr. & Iron Mike DiBiase (U.S. Tag CH) vs. Midnight Express
Stan Lane got in trouble early but the MX came back and hit the Veg-O-Matic. Folowing a save they landed it again. It was then that Ted DiBiase and Bob Orton Jr. interferred, giving their fathers the advantage. Orton Sr. piledrove Lane for the win to retain the titles and get five minutes with Jim Cornette. He didn't get the full amount of time but Orton Sr. did plant Cornette with a piledriver.
Ladder Match Iron Sheik (I-C CH) vs. George Hackenschmidt
Hackenschmidt quickly took over and put a hurting on the Iron Sheik. The champ was able to stop Hack from making it up the ladder. Iron Sheik sent the challenger falling to the floor off the ladder and that turned the tide. The Iron Sheik was then able to grab his belt.
Last Man Standing Match Mil Mascaras (U.S. CH) vs. Destroyer
The two masked superstar tore into each other but it was the champ in charge. Destroyer fought back time and time but Mascaras never let up and finally won when the Destroyer could no longer continue.
Nick Bockwinkel (World CH) vs. Antonio Inoki
Bockwinkel survived a major threat to his world title. Inoki was relentless and repeated went to his finisher but the champ was tough and manager Bobby Heenan was there to help out. After Heenan made a save Bockwinkel was able to apply the sleeper hold and escape with the world title intact.
Tournament Finals
Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match Sandman vs. Crusher
The Sandman was unstoppable in this one as the Crusher just could not get any offense started. Sandman made use of the cage and a ddt won the match and gave him the title of King of the Deathmatch.
War Games: The Match Beyond
Road Warriors, Jimmy Snuka, Buddy Rogers, Paul Ellering vs. Vachons, Harley Race, Bruiser Brody, Bobby Heenan
Snuka and Brody, former tag team partners, started off in the double-ring steel cage. The two went right at each other for the full five minutes. The bad guys won the coin toss for advantage and Mad Dog Vachon entered the cage.
They double teamed the Superfly before he was able to battle back just before Road Warrior Animal entered. The four paired off and it was back and forth again.
Next in for the Heenan Family was Harley Race. Brody and Race worked on Snuka while Mad Dog went at it with Animal.
Buddy Rogers evened the sides up but the Heenan Family members were still able to stay on top. Race fought Rogers, Brody and Snuka, Animal and Mad Dog.
Butcher Vachon was next and the I-C tag champs concentrated on Animal. Race kept the pressure on Rogers while Snuka and Brody continued to go toe to toe.
The Hawk stormed the ring to even the match again. He saved Animal and the LOD took it to the Vachons. Brody and Race were still putting a hurting on Snuka and Rogers.
Bobby Heenan was forced to enter the match next. He went to the side of Race and promptly hit Rogers with a foreign object. The Road Warriors were still cleaning house on the other side.
Paul Ellering hit the ring and the Match Beyond commenced. Submission or Surrender. Ellering squared off with Heenan and was able to put the Full Nelson on and force Heenan to submit while his teammates kept the others off of him.

I loved the war gamesmatch and brought back many memories from the 80's. I liked the card, but this is just me I don't like every match a gimmick match or even a tournament of gimmick matches. I loved the Bockwinkle Inoki match and Mascaras vs Destroyer match. The other matches were alright. Keep it up.
