Announcers hyped the debut of ROL and “Saturday Night Slam“.

IN RING PROMO: LARRY ZBYSKO
Zbysko introduced himself as ROL Commissioner.
He then announced a 16-man tournament which will determine the first ROL Champion.
The tournament will be held as part of a big two-night event at the Omni in Atlanta.

The camera caught in progress, a wild brawl backstage involving the Road Warriors and the Valiant Brothers. The two teams furiously went at it before security was finally able to separate them.

1-- MAGNIFICENT MURACO defeated BLAKE LANCASTER @ 2:36.
Muraco didn’t have much trouble with the youngster nailing his Hawaiian Hammer to pick up the win.

Exclusive: During the commercial break, Tammy caught up with Hawk & Animal who said they were ready to finish the fight, backstage, parking lot, it didn’t matter. Because wherever it is, they’re going to kick the Valiants teeth down their throats. Whaaaat a ruuuush.

2-- HACKSAW JIM DUGGAN beat NICK FULLER @ 3:13.
Duggan hit the Tough Guy Clothesline and then finished off the powerful Fuller with the Flying Spear.
Hacksaw started up a big USA chant after the match.

A video montage aired highlighting the career of Mexican sensation Mil Mascaras.

Greg Valentine was interviewed by Tammy backstage. He put himself over before making some disparaging comments regarding Mascaras and his legacy. Konnan interrupted and warned him not to disrespect his hero. He then challenged the “Hammer” to a match, right here, next week.

3-- B. BRIAN BLAIR defeated TYLER BIGGS @ 4:34.
Blair fought off a valiant effort by Biggs before putting him away with the Sleeper.

Tammy interviewed Ted DiBiase (flanked by his bodyguard Virgil) in the back. He boasted of his bank account and said everybody has a price for the Million Dollar Man. (Evil laughter).

4-- NICK BOCKWINKEL (w/Bobby Heenan) beat MIKEY MAVERICK @ 2:47.
Heenan introduced Bockwinkel as the soon to be crowned ROL World Heavyweight Champion.
Bockwinkel had no problem whatsoever with Maverick forcing him to submit to the Figure Four Leglock.
After the match he tossed his opponent from the ring as the “Brain” applauded his performance.

Sounds interesting and so far a good job, but I never heard of Mikey maverick or Tyler Biggs. It sounds like the pros are takeing it easy with prelim bums. I hope it gets more exciting on the next show

You have probably never heard of Tyler Biggs, Mikey Maverick etc. because they do not exist in real life, only in my head and in my fed.

They are enhancement talent (to go along with my E.T. Chart) that I use for my syndicated show to build up guys, similar to the old WWF Superstars or WCW Saturday Night shows (or any Umaga match

I have restarted many times usually coming up with new ideas, charts etc. This show was my first TV taping for my ROL fed, and I'm sure many exciting things are still to come.

BTW, I also use my TV Production Chart to simulate a more realistic approach to a televised program. I like it and that's what matters. Thanks for reading.

A video promo aired hyping the upcoming two-night event at the Omni featuring the ROL Championship Tournament.

1-- ROAD WARRIORS beat NICK FULLER & ERIC STRONG @ 1:17.
The Warriors dominated the match crushing Strong with the Doomsday Device and Hawk scoring the pin.
After the match, as the Warriors were leaving the ring, the Valiants ran down the ramp way and attacked.
Hawk and Animal fought back however pummeling the Valiants as the two teams went at it at ringside.
The wild brawl ended up going all the way to the back and through the curtain.

2-- IRON SHEIK (w/Nikita Breznikov) defeated CASEY BRANDON @ 3:55.
Sheik took the mic before the match to the chagrin of the fans saying, “Iran #1, USA hack-ptooey.”
Sheik was vicious and ended the match by forcing Brandon to submit to the dreaded Camel Clutch.

IN RING PROMO: RAVISHING RICK RUDE
Rude said the ROL Title would look great around the waist of the sexiest man alive.
He told the crowd to keep the noise down while he took his robe off.
Rude said he was going to make a lucky woman’s dreams come true.
He selected a woman from the crowd and she was escorted to the ring.
He planted a big kiss on her before standing over her gyrating his hips.

Another video promo was shown hyping the ROL Championship Tournament.

Backstage, Tammy interviewed Commissioner Larry Zbysko. He announced that at the Omni, in addition to the tournament, he has booked an Atlanta Street Fight between the Road Warriors and the Valiant Brothers.

3-- KONNAN defeated GREG VALENTINE @ 5:33.
Konnan cut a quick promo dedicating the match to his héroe (or hero) Mil Mascaras.
A double clothesline late in the match sent both wrestlers down to the mat but Konnan recovered first.
He caught a groggy “Hammer” with a sit out face buster and then locked on the Tequila Sunrise for the victory.
