Am I the only one who's noticed that we're just one American singles wrestler away from a potential old-school (yet cross-promotional) "Americans v. Russians" feud?

Yeah I saw that
It should be interesting if Tom and Mark do this feud in 2119 that is if the American Team adds a member

That would be interesting. Also will be interesting with Kulak, Xenia and Gordo all gettitng new cards in 2119. We could use another American wrestler.

Maybe not Kulak, and Xenia certianly doesn't need improvement any time soon. Gordo, on the other hand, is ripe for the first official CPC Workshop revamp.

I always loved the Workshop idea. Chopper and Cannibal ruled! Truly a great angle. I am very glad Mark brought it back.

I agree, the Workshop is a tremendous idea. I belive that Gordo will emerge as a vicious monster once the collecter is done with him. I agree that xenia and kulak are good for now, but they might get new cards to fit their new images as royalty.

I always loved the workshop too.
I'm really looking forward to see what Mark has in store.

It always seemed to me that the Collector is all about the gimmick and not the man. So I see Gordo getting this outrageous Cossack Warrior gimmick only to find out it doesn't utilize him to his full potential. And then eventually dumps it 2-3 sets down the road.

I was always a big fan of the collectors workshop
The only wrestler I didnt care for coming out of the workshop was Gemini

It always seemed to me that the Collector is all about the gimmick and not the man. For most cases, yes. But Canibal >> Renegade in every respect.

I'll also bet that Gordo isn't Russian either. That almost seems like one of Mark's "gimme" clues for a problem in that team.

Gordo is just gullable enough to believe it. I think Gordo will be mean and vicious ala Cannibal. I dont know about the whole royalty thing with Kulak and Xenia, Wouldnt Exo_King have a problem with that?

I just hope that the Collector doesn't attempt to use Gordo to revise the failed "Cannonball" gimmick that he had with Man-Mountain in 2093. Or was it 2094?

I think The Collector is a man that learns from his mistakes

I think Cannonball and Snake would have been really interesting. It definitely would have been better than Psycho and Frenzy. One of these days, I hope Tom can release those cards that could have been but never were. Cannonball and Frenzy, 2076 Alpha, Transevolved Gila among others.

Anything would have been better than Psycho and Frenzy. The Asylum/Norse Gods/Masters of Illusion are probably my least favorite characters that Tom ever came up with. They sucked from the outset and are probably still sucking even in their post-wrestling careers. I bet Cycle Hog's restaurant is even terrible!

For most cases, yes. But Canibal >> Renegade in every respect. I will give you that one, that was the Franc's only success.

There should be a NEW Collector manager card with Powerhouse and Dynamo as his bodyguards on the same card. Those two are products of the Workshop

There should be a NEW Collector manager card with Powerhouse and Dynamo as his bodyguards on the same card. Those two are products of the Workshop I don't think Dynamo was a member of the Workshop. After he split with Vanity in 2094, he joined Guile's team and remained there during the time the Workshop disbanded.
