Could someone please provide a bit of background on Reynard B. Guile. A breakdown on his hometown, height, weight and general back story would be greatly appreciated.

5’7” 142 lbs from Orion
He entered in 2089 as Bounty Hunter’s manager to hunt down Amazonia who he was in love with. He also managed the Matador of M83 for a while before becoming CPC commissioner in 2105. Returned to the GWF as a manager and founded “the great comeback” stable before being banished by Cordanus for hitting him at a press conference. Returned the next year as the advisor to Bounty Hunter and Thrill of the Chase.

Don't forget, he mananged the Department of Power... Bounty Hunter, Pegasus, Dynamo and Chopper Maddock. In fact, Mr Galaxy became Dynamo during his time with Guile. Pegasus was introduced to the GWF by Reynard B Guile. in 2098, Mayhem aquired Guile's services. Finally, in 2099, after he was betrayed by the Department of Power and Mayhem became involved in the Gladiator Civil War, Guile introduced the Draconian Sheik.

Let's not forget his stint as Commissioner of the CPC. Did Tom beat out Eric Bischoff with his use of the "heel authority figure" angle? My timeline is off.
And it was never quite officially explained what the GAMEKEEPER TRAP was. I think Tom's reasoning/excuse was that Guile was such a putrid wrestler that it would never come up. (Though he actually beat the updated Pegasus in my fed.)
The GWF Files 2 declares it to be a sleeper hold.

Commissioner Guile was probably my favorite manager ever. With a Distractor Rating of 7 (which was only beaten by the silent, and personality-less Guardsman of that entire period), it was too bad that he was relegated to every heel's punching bag after Bounty Hunter left him. He was provided primarily for comedic value, but I had more fun playing him than most other characters.
Sort of like the GWF's answer to Jimmy Hart of the same period, but not as successful.
