Could someone please provide a bit of background on how the father/daughter relationship between Krakan and Sniper 'officially' played out? When did she leave the GWF and under what terms?

Don't think there was too much into it. She joined the Titans, and feuded with Taechon for a bit before Krakan dumped Taechon. I think she left after 2118 as a budget cut and moved over to the GWFZ to help train the women (though of course only Nikki has an official card so far)

I thought it was revelaed that Sniper was Krakan's Daughter.

i swear the initial post asked what the "relationship" was between Krakan/Sniper...
