Results from my last card and some things going on and future plans.
Gorgeous George def. Koko B. Ware in the Birdman's singles debut.
Bob Orton Jr. beat Red Bastien in his firsr LWF match.
The Killer Bees demonstrated great tag team continuity and beat the Midnight Express! Blair & Brunzell used double team moves and kept Lane & Eaton off balance. Jim Cornette's team debuted at SuperClash I with a win, and are now sidetracked on their way to the Road Warriors. Signed for the next show is Brunzell vs. Lane.
Mil Mascaras demanded a match with the Destroyer after the Destroyer left Bastien in the ring by himself at SuperClash. This was a hard-fought contest going back-and-forth. Finall Mascaras won with a cross body off the top, but the Destroyer left the ring with Mascaras down on the canvas. Next week Mascaras & Bastien will face the Destroyer & Bob Orton Jr.
Ted DiBiase easily defeated Jim Duggan in Hacksaw's first singles match.
Ox Baker & the Sandman were disqualified against Dick Hutton & Frank Gotch. The two old-school mat wrestlers are tired of these two and Sabu's cheating tactics. Hutton has signed to meet the Sandman in a Singapore Cane Match!
Buddy Rogers scored a much needed win over Nick Bockwinkel.
Jimmy Snuka soundly defeated former world champion Harley Race.
On the next card Snuka will meet the Giant Baba for the world heavyweight title. Also, Bobo Brazil defends the U.S. belt against Jimmy Valiant.
Buddy Rogers takes on Greg Valentine. The Hammer owns a victory over the former world champion.
The rest of the card has Don Leo Jonathan against the Iron Sheik and Johnny Valentine taking on Sabu.
