NWA Heartland Trivia Contest
The following trivia questions cover the activities and personalities of the NWA Heartland Federation.
Send your replies to me privately via email (drlittle@prodigy.net) or on PM through the Filsinger board.
The first person to respond with all 10 correct answers will be the winner. If no one responds correctly to all ten, the respondent with the highest score by August 13 will be the winner.
The winner will receive a free copy of Legends International (courtesy of me), AND a personally autographed, laminated Doctor Payne card from Promoter Madness.
So, here we go!
1. Which officially carded LOW competitor made a cameo appearance in the 1991 Kurt Russell cult classic, "Escape from New York"?
2. Heartland Championship Committee representative Courtney Cox got her big break in show business in 1989 after appearing in what music video?
3. Responses to Heartland Championship Committee representative Chuck Norris have been mixed during his tenure, forcing more than one Heartland personality to mutter, "Freakin' Chuck Norris!" From what popular movie was this phrase stolen?
4. Who was the first-ever Heartland Midwest Heavyweight Champion?
5. Lance Russell often utters the phrase "Don't you dare miss it!" From which legendary wrestling broadcaster was this phrase stolen?
6. Which wrestling journalist coined the phrase, "See you at the matches!"
7. Mark Madden adopted his personal theme song, "Fighter", by Christina Aguilera. What's the connection?
8. Which 2 wrestlers have held BOTH the Heartland Heavyweight Championship AND the Tag Team Titles?
9. Who were the two members of the tag team called "The Wild Bunch"?
(Hint: the team left the Heartland after capturing the World tag titles.)

Best of luck to all... I look forward to your replies!
