What exactly is Double Phantasy (add 1) (Tag)? The NB booklet states that Phantasy uses this move when in tag matches with any combination of Muss & The Bomb. However, it appears on the card of Muss and Bomb. Does Muss press slam Bomb onto the opponent and vice versa. Does Phantasy interfere in the match with either Muss or Bomb tossing her onto the opponent? Is there a clarification in an earlier booklet that was omitted from the NB write up?

I had a similar confusion. But in the Revelations 2116 booklet, it describes the Double Phantasy as performed by Muss and The Bomb as being a double forward leg-sweep.
Although, I personally like the idea of Bomb tossing Muss at an opponent ala the British Bulldogs too.

Thanks PureHatred.
The toss does seem to suit their style.

I have it that Muss Press Slams The Bomb into the opponent (or vice versa). If the match seems to be going wild with frequent tags and Phantasy is at ringside I have it that Phantasy is sometimes thrown behind the ref's back. It works out well as the team's trademark spot.

I have always imagined it being Bomb lifting Muss and dropping him down in a legdrop position on the opponent.
