They were planning a website redo at some point, so I'm thinking that's what this is. Supposed to look really cool and streamlined when done from what I'm told.

My understanding is that they're having a server issue and that the gang at Fed HQ is aware of the problem and is working to get the service provider to fix it.

I know a great servicer provider that is not that expensive and can handle large volumes and all types of programing languages. I have been using them for about 7 years and never had a problem.

Fed HQ is aware of the problem. There was some maintenance on the server and it looks like it is taking alot longer than expected. Hope to have everything up again shortly.
Thanks for the recommendation Kevin. As Mark said there is a site redesign effort going on separate from this and we may look into new service options with that. At this point thats up in the air, but having a reliable website is a top priority.
