I agree win Jim, I like a good mix of everything. Although one kind of set I'd like to see that I've never saw, and probably should put together is a set of Japanese wrestlers.
Thats the one style of promotion I have seen very few promoters run. Only Chriss Hoover and Keith Vella to my knowledge have ever ran a Japanese style fed.

Mixed. I'm proud to say Promoter Madness is a brilliant display of this. Can't wait!

Mixed. I'm proud to say Promoter Madness is a brilliant display of this. Can't wait! I thought PM wasn't a "bootleg" set? Which I agree with, BTW; "bootlegs" by definition don't come from Official Sources. But as I've mentioned elsewhere, I appreciate internal consistency, and that post seemed to run afoul of others you've made.

ok fine it's not a bootleg set. I suppose you are correct. I honorably retract my post.

Here's my thought, even though I don't use bootlegs. But if I were to...
I'd want them to be guys the regulars could beat up on and build up their records in between big matches. Call me an '80s TV wrestling throwback, if you want, but I like the idea of no-namers who never win being thrown to the wolves.
We've already got every official set out there which should be a mix of stuff, and by and large all sets are a mix. Why create more of the same in the bootleg realm?
On the other hand, would you actually buy an "official" jobber set from Tom? Yeah, me either.
So jobbers for me. I'll probably be the only one, though.

On the other hand, would you actually buy an "official" jobber set from Tom? Yeah, me either. Wasn't that mostly what Bash and Son of Bash were, though? Other than the alternate-art guys and things like Blazing Skull, Bash was a "jobber" set, and Son of Bash was "Jobbers and women" ("Daughter of Bash?"), IIRC.

I would buy a jobber set from Tom. I loved the BB sets and Plethador is just awesome.
Someone has to do the job.

I dunno. Just sounds a little underwhelming.
"GWF Curtain Jerkers!"
Hmm.
Okay. Yeah, I'd probably buy it.

Good mix of talent...not so many jobbers, mainly midcarders and main eventers. The balance should be good. If you have a guy that stands out to another promoter with your set, and he's a mid to lower level guy, then he won't do as well. Definitely make your "cool" guys that have gimmicks that get over with the fans be upper midcard to main eventers. Like Morbid in the PM set, I hope he's upper mid to main event, as I'd like to try him out in CCW when the set comes out.

To answer a question asked earlier in this thread, I would also buy a jobber set from Tom. I actually think something like that bash set that mainly had undercard wrestlers and women would be great as a supplement set for LOW because it would help us fill in those two divisions with official cards.
