Warrior Rants and Threats

Don't know if this has been posted elsewhere but I posted a link to a quiz about the Ultimate Warrior and philosophy. I sent the link to a friend after I posted and he went to the Warrior's website to fiddle around and found this rant about Heath Ledger and Hulk Hogan which has to be seen to be believed:

Now today I get an email about this on Rajah.com:

A clarification on the story of Ultimate Warrior requesting police protection due to threatening e-mails over his controversial blog on the death of Heath Ledger. Warrior did indeed request police protection, and he got it. TMZ reported on their show over the weekend that he is actually on around-the-clock police protection.

I'll just say that if you don't know a lot about WARRIOR'S (proper pronunciation ) beliefs, writings, and philosophies in his personal life....trust me, you're better off as a human being. Everyone has some strange thoughts and beliefs at varying levels of importance in their life, but after reading a lot of his stuff, you truly wonder at his sanity.

The two big flaws that appear are - 1) He draws a hard line on everything and holds everybody to impossibly high standards (I guess thats not really too bad) but he also starts contradicting himself a lot in many cases. 2) Without going into detail, it becomes very apparent that he is possibly the most self-absorbed person alive. I mean - there's God complexes and then there's WARRIOR as the God of all God complexes.

For me, I just try wall all that off and remember that crazy wrestler who sprinted at the ring and attacked it with ferocity. The guy who somehow made snarling, snorting, rambling and incomprehensible interviews cool. The guy who seemed more a force of nature than just another pro wrestler. I loved him and followed him up until he cleanly beat Hogan and a little while after...then everything starts to blur. ;D

I will have to use this in a storyline *somewhere*, hehehhehe! ;D I had forgotten about the Heath Ledger thing!
