We're helping with a haunted house, and I'm going as The Grim Reaper.
Take care,

did she tuck him into her suit or eat him ? Like the old saying goes: Beneath every successful woman, is a man struggling to breathe.

Well, the party's over!
The haunted yard went pretty well. Our friend's family set up the entire back yard with a butcher's shop (complete with deer carcass and aligator head), witches drinking blood, clown in the mirrors, abductions, and the graveyard. I was given free reign in the grave yard, along with the zombies. Unfortunately, there were very few places to hide, and my 'zombies' were a bunch of 17 yr olds in jeans and t-shirts. I know it was all in good fun, but man, I really wanted to scare someone! (well I did get one or 2 kids, but that's it).
Later, the kids had a gross food eating contest. When the kids (all teenagers...man I feel old using that term!) got to like round 10, the adults left them to continue on their own. They raided the fridge and ended up going on and on for about an hour until our friend (mid 40's) stepped in, drank down the 'mixture' and walked off with an evil grin on her face. Finally, one kid downed it all, but I bet he was hating life the next day.
It was fall fun, and I hope they repeat next year, because I want the graveyard. Next year, I'm making them all scream!
Next year, the Real Reaper is gonna play!
Take care,
Jay

Well we went to a halloween costume last saturday, and I really never had time to get creative with my costume. I almost always go overboard on Halloween and dress up in some extravagant costume, but the party kind of snuck up on me this year. So, the night before the party I was up all night trying to make myself a costume.
The original idea was to make a werewolf mask, but my complete lack of sewing skills ended up making me look like a cross between a treasure troll doll and a retarded koala bear.

I got to DJ 2 weddings dressed as Julius Caesar (cheapest costume the store had, and a tax write-off!). It was fun.
