1. Swarm vs. 8. Chris Ingersoll Chris Ingersoll hits Swarm with THE BAN (+4), but unfortunately rolls two 6's. The board gets behind the top seed, who then "Swarms Up" and hits the founding father with the KEYBOARD DROP OF DOOM! [glow=red,2,300] Swarm [/glow] wins, and Gordon resigns his membership in every single internet account (including eBay) and becomes a hermit. Or something. 5. Jim Steel vs. 13. Tournament Master The Hardcore icon brutalizes Todd with a variety of weapons as referee Jon E Diamond conveniently looks the other way. Things turn South for the man from Philly when he goes for the big punch to the groin, as the Tournament Master is wearing his "GalactiCon Special" (a protective cup). Jim Steel breaks his hand and is unable to continue beating on Todd and Diamond is forced to ring the bell. [glow=red,2,300] The Tournament Master [/glow]gets a win by default, and earns a resounding chorus of boos from the crowd. TM seems to perversely enjoy this. 2. Troy Xavier vs. 7. LWPD Troy appeared to have this match well in hand, but a turnaround outside the ring gets Paint on the offense. [glow=red,2,300] LWPD [/glow]hits Troy with OBSCURE FACT (roll- a +6 this time) for the win. Irish Brat, Troy's valet, is furious and berates him in front of the entire crowd and tells him that he is now not allowed to go to GalactiCon 2007. 3. Payback vs. 6. BDS* BDS shows off the full functionality of his Stat Tracker TM. He analyzed all of Payback's history and anticipated his each and every move. The match turns when Swarm comes out to interfere. BDS anticipated this as well, and had Wildfire waiting in the wings to intercept Swarm. Joe shocked the crowd by coming from the seats themselves and waffling BDS with a chair. Unfortunately, BDS didn't anticipate that. Joe drapes [glow=red,2,300] Payback [/glow]across BDS' unconscious body and gets the three count when the ref finally turns around. Wow, this is great. |

BOL Must be an outtake from "The New Guy" I actually beleive it's an out take from Bernie Mack but you can ask Swarm as that clip was "borrowed" from him. The original clip had Bernie Mack. |

A broken hand wouldn't have stopped me from beating on Tournament Master. I hit him with my other hand,my Feet or a steel chair but there is no way the match should have been stopped

Since I am the only lower seed to advance in the 1st round, I am putting my votes toward all the lower seeds.

Jim Steele wins, despite the TM's dastardley cheating ways, the hardcore ledgend puts the master of tournaments through a table for the 1-2-3. After the bell, Hardcore Jim Steele, hits the TM with a chair shot for good measure!!!
LWPD wins in a squash match. Nothing against Troy Xavier, but LWPD is just that damn good!
Payback wins in the mainevent with excavenge. 5 star match!

Looks like voting is over this round...and the votes nearly doubled! Here were the round 2 results:
1. Swarm defeats 8. Chris Ingersoll (20-13)
- Despite a potential ban and a vote against himself, Swarm is just too popular and takes out the boss.
13. Tournament Master defeats 5. Jim Steel (22-11)
- Lucky 13 strikes again, as the Tournament Master shows why he sports the name, advancing to the final 4 at the expense of the Hardcore Bootleg Icon.
7. LWPD defeats 2. Troy Xavier (23-10)
- The battle between 2 prolific posters with opposing word counts started off close, but Paint put on a "Hall of Fame" beat towards the end.
6. BDS* defeats 3. Payback (18-15)
- The closest battle of the bunch went down to the last day with the result still in question, but the Stat Man is able to tough it out.
Here are the semifinal matchups:

6. BDS* vs. 7. LWPD

Tournament Master def. Swarm with the BRACKET OF DOOM (+3) after escaping the Swarm's deadly BITING SARCASM.
BDS avoids the SENSIBLE LECTURE LEGDROP (+2) from Paint and drops him with TRACK THIS (+1) to get the victory.
