IWA Kawasaki Dream 1995

I recently picked up the IWA King of the Death Match, Kawasaki Dream DVD. And my god, what an awesome show. It had been years since I first saw it since my old VHS version was ruinedo some time back thanks to my piece of crap VCR.

After watching the the DVD, I was reminded of how good, good death match wrestling can be. These American companies like CZW don't do death match wrestling justice. They're high on the blood and guts, but low of the actual work rate and build up. CZW is one of the main reason I don't attempt to watch this style of wrestling anymore.

Plus, the Dan Severn/Tarzan Goto NWA World Title match is awesome.

Anybody else have this show or seen it? I know I'm not the only one.

I have it, and I agree with you about the Severn/Goto match. Seeing Severn slinging chairs everywhere was a very cool scene!

I own it and will have to give the Severn match another watch. I just remember Gordy being badass and thats about all.
