Does anyone here have any matches they played which they remember fondly? Matches which went along perfectly with your storyline or one that exceeded expectations. Here are a few of mine.
Endgame Vs Disaster: The main event of my first ever card was a falls count anywhere match and the rules worked so well. I could clearly imagine the chaos happening around the arena and a Rampage to the ramp was a satisfying ending.
Encubus Vs Steele Freak: When the Greatest Show won my first Tri-Force Tournament, each member earned a title shot at Encubus to be held during a quadruple shoot I done in one weekend. It was Encubus' first defense against Steele Freak that was the best out of the three. Since both Thantos and Vin Strutter were at ringside I had the two cancel each other out. Steele Freak immediately tried to take Encubus out and took him outside where he busted him open with a chair. Encubus recovered from Steele's beating and made him tap out. I remember this match because it reminded me of those decent title matches you get on TV every once in a while. You know the champ will retain but the challenger puts up such a gutsy display you can't help but root for him.
Endgame Vs Amazing Mann: An excellant back and forth technical match for the GWF title. After this match I started referring Endgame as the Bryan Danielson of my fed (I'm a big ROH fan and loved his title defences).
Tauran Vs Switchblade: My favourite match which convinced me established Switchblade as a main eventer and also kickstarted Tauran's rise to the upper card of my fed. Both men continued to kick out of each other's trademark moves until Switchblade hit the Blades of Retribution for the second time to win.
Disaster Vs The Betrayer: Memorable for Disaster hitting 3 consecutive Decapitators on the Betrayer before pinning him.
Bloodline Vs Muss: A match I remember for going on way too long and also for Bloodline missing the Cosmic Big Bang 7 times! He finally won but I was too frustrated with him to care.
Animen Vs Fighting Titans: The final of my second Tri-Force tournament brought up a fast paced match with a lot of deathjumps and double team finishers which finally ended when Minotaur suprisingly hit the charge on Tristan (who easily dodged it in the past).
Swarm Vs Paralyze: My most recent was Swarm's first GWF title defence where I was hoping he would hold onto the title and not be another temporary champ. He survived two Brutal Inflictions and a Paralyzer to hit the Hornet's Sting and prove his title win was not a fluke.

Without looking at any old cards, the ones off the top of my head are the following 3 in particular
Star Warrior vs. Comrade Terror: This match went for an hour in real time (I didn't think to use time limits back then) neither man had rolled a finisher, though there had been multiple pin attempts. It was an amazing, bloody, exhausting main event for TV, not even a PPV. I had so much fun playing this one, I can literally remember details and it was over 10 years ago! Star Warrior got the win with the first finisher, which gave him the right to face Thantos.
Bloodline vs. Scion Nexus: These two had some memorable matches in 2112, but it was there Last Man Standing match that really blew the roof off. Both men were up to like 9 tokens each before Bloodline finally got the win. Another marathon bloodbath.
Encubus vs. Prodigy: Another great 2112 feud, it was named feud of the year and included the match of the year. They battled in lots of matches and quite a ew with stipulations including great ladder matches for the IP strap, but it was their Centra Coffin Match that could be one of the greatest matches in my GWF's history! It had drama, reversals, mat wrestling, hi-flying, brawling, blood, guts; it really just reaffirmed everything I love about this game. The feud also told a great story as Encubus won the feud and the belt in the end and the next month (2113 began) Prodigy started to fade away, leading Encubus to a good deal of fame in my fed that has been capped by his recent win of the GWF Title in 2119!
I love talking about old results, maybe I'll post so more memorable matches later, but these three stick out.

I think my favorite all time was an iron man match I had with Star Warrior and Thantos back in 2087. Star Warrior started the year with a six month title reign, and he was obviously the most popular face in the promotion.
The match played out just like I would have booked it. Thantos got a two pin lead early, and Star Warrior was just down and out all through it, trying to fight back. He tied things up with just a few minutes to go, and then Thantos came back to get the final pin and win it with seconds to go. I could just imagine the fans pulling for Star Warrior and being so happy that he tied it up, only to be crushed moments later as the evil Gamemaster took the title from the beloved hero.

One word: Encubus. His matches have been solid gold for me. He had an awesome GWF title defence against Bloodline. Back and forth, back and forth...and then Encubus hits the Masterlock. Three times in a row. Bloodline keeps kicking out, but he's barely hanging in. And then he makes a comeback. He goes for the Big Bang. And misses. Encubus puts him away with a deathjump, which I decided was him stealing the Big Bang.
But my favourite so far has to be the five-on-five elimination match that came later. The FDF versus the Evil Empire. Bloodline, Endgame, Payback, Tauran and Anivar versus Epoch, Encubus, Sly Drury, Kill Prey and Switchblade. Kill Prey goes out first. The Empire pulls back by eliminating Anivar, then Payback. Drury goes down, and it's three on three. Then Endgame comes in. He eliminates Epoch. He eliminates Switchblade. Encubus is on his own against Endgame, Tauran, and a completely fresh Bloodline.
And he beats all three of them.
Encubus' streak ended with another great match, non-title versus IP champ Payback. Payback has a title shot due soon, so Encubus' year-long title reign could be over...

First that came to memory was Scion Nexus v.s TakeOver in 2112.
The Takeover tour had just rolled into Titan and Cordanus was going on and on about how great his team and (in particular) Mensar was. Scion had enough and interrupted telling Cordanus nobody cared about his hand picked boy. Scion then proceeded to challenge Mensar for a title shot that night. Cordanus granted his request but he'd have to go thru Bloodline and Encubus first which he accepted. Scion and Bloodline had a back and forth battle which he won with a Titan Drop. Encubus/Scion was a classic with Scion barely sqeaking by. The main event was totally one sided with Mensar manhandling Nexus the whole time. With the end looking near Thunder strolled out to get a ringside seat. Mensar started jaw-jacking with Thunder (side note, Mensar took the GWF strap from Thunder who had Austin-esqe popularity at the time, this was also my fued of the year) Nexus took this opportunity to surprise Mensar with THE APEX and get the surprise win. The Titan crowd went wild as Scion Nexus was announced as the New GWF Heavyweight champion.
This was one of those times that things you wish would happen just kinda roll the right way. Too bad for Scion he lost it back the next show but he was on top that night.

Just recently, there was a Cosmic Cage match between Commander Sam and Comrade Terror. it lasted for a little over 30 minutes real time, and featured several escape attempts by both men. It was an extremely bloody match, and Commander Sam ended up winning after hitting his finisher for the fourth time. Sam ended up going back to the ring to attach his helpless rival. He was eventually escorted away from the ring by several referees, and a stretcher was brought out for Comrade Terror, who suffered a concussion and a cracked rib, which put him out of action for eight weeks.
This led up to a great series of events that involved Comrade Terror jumping Commander Sam out of nowhere on several occassions. The two agreed to meet at the PPV called WarZone, in a match I like to call a "Polaris Prison" match (basically, an "I Quit" match held inside a cage). That match was nowhere near as great as the original Cosmic Cage match (Comrade Terror ended up winning that one).

Three stand out to me:
The Executioner vs. Massiff at Wrestlebash 1 for the Terran System(at the time it was the Inter-Quadrant title): This match went over 40 minutes in real time...the match went back and forth with Massiff piledriving Executioner on the concrete floor twice but still couldn't put the masked one away...they both hit their finishers at least three times before Executioner finally scored the victory...it was the best match in an otherwise lackluster card....
Bones 187(c) vs. The Violators Trilogy..earlier in the year these two teams meet for the tag team titles....these matches were vintage ECW....action all over the place..each team tried to put the other away with their finishers but didn't work...Bones 187 won all three matches but it was defintely earned...
Apocalypse vs.Wolf(c) Wrestlebash 2...classic invincible monster vs. the unbeatable champion match inside a Cosmic Cage....Wolf survived an early onslaught from the 7th Son of Satan and came back later on to hit him with the SAVAGE FACE CLAW 45 mins into it...making the immoveable object tap for his first loss against a GWF wrestler!!!!

Doomsayer vs. Wolf in a ladder match (an old bootleg version, pre-Earth Ladder Match) for the I-P belt. Most people don't really associate Doomsayer with classic wrestling matches, but this exceeded expectations and then some. 30-some minutes, huge bumps, false finishes, Doomsayer pulling out the upset to take the title.
Anything involving the updated Dark Justice. The guy had classic matches left and right because he was so versatile...great technical wrestler *and* a great hardcore brawler who was having classics with Bloodline and the Draconian Sheik at the same time.
Swarm vs. The Amazing Mann is almost guaranteed awesome--like putting Benoit and Regal against each other. So good that I'm actually almost afraid to up the ante and put them in a special match because I think it'd overshadow things. Mann in particular is a guy I like better in straightforward bouts.
Bloodline vs. Encubus is probably the best main-event feud I ever had when it came to actual in-ring action. I'm still a little disappointed that it ended. Monolith and Disaster have yet to put together a true classic, even in a special match.
Another dark horse rivalry that's starting to crop up...Tricks vs. Overtime. No kidding--a guy who absolutely hates to get embarrassed/shown up vs. a guy who relishes in embarrassing people? That's feud gold. And they match up quite well.
Unexpected mid-card feuds always seem to be my favorite. Expectations aren't as high and I'm more liberal in granting title shots at the Interplanetary belt, so things have a tendency to stay hot even lower in the card.
