...that place still exists? I used to post there, and FPH.

Yeah since Fire Pro Returns came out it's been a lot more active. It's starting to quiet down a little but the FPR craze got us quite a few more dedicated posters to keep things interesting.

I lost alot of interest in the Fire Pro community when I saw how everyone turned their backs on Final Fire Pro for the GBA.
Numerous gameplay enhancements not seen before? Check. New AI to avoid messed up moments? Check New adventurous gamemode never seen before in a game? Check. Same great roster, and moves? Check
But like...no one plays it. Myself, and Steve who's also on the board, are like the only two people who have really dedicated ourselves to Management of Rings, and have been rewarded by the most indepth management mode ever in a wrestling game. We're STILL learning new things about the game.
No one, even in Japan, seemed to give a damn about it. Shame really.

I personally know nothing about FFP. My first FP was in 1997 with FirePro 6 Man Scramble for Sega Saturn. I then got Fire Pro Z which was a pretty big disappointment, but Fire Pro R is probably the best of the whole series.

You owe it to yourself to check out Final Fire Pro for the GBA, and not the bastardized American port either.
They refined the AI, added bunches of little tweaks to game play, and Management of Ring, where you can run you're own federation.
Kinda like the FPR, and KOCII verisons, but better. If you want, I can hook you up with the rom no hassle, just hit me up.

Ah thanks man... but I got no time for video games right now. I'm working 8-14 hour days and the only breaks I'm taking are to post on a couple forums, eat dinner, and then go to bed. Got to work hard to get my site search engine optimized. I might check it out once things slow down though.
Edit:
Actually I have to take that back, because I have had time to run a GWF card for the last few nights.

I have the American version of FPW and I enjoy it, though I'd love a move besides league since it does get boring after a while. Also, tag matches and matches where wrestlers can leave the ring take forever. Most of the matches I ran were gruesome (UFC-like).
Take care,
Jay

I loved my Fire Pro on my lost GBA. Wish I could find it.

Yeah I played on my son's gameboy and got him into it. But someone stole his gameboy at school and guess what game was in the slot...
