I haven't got all of the ringside companions and such yet, :'(so maybe I missed it, but how do you handle people at ringside? For example, if you throw someone out of the ring, yet they have either a manager/partner out there with them, it seems like they wouldn't let you give them a piledriver or jump from the top of the turnbuckle. Is that where you'd use a wrestler interference chart? If so, it would seem silly to use your 1 interference attempt on something out there. Also, are managers allowed to interfere, or just use their distractor rating to try to help? Sorry for the 'basic' questions, but it's been bugging me for a while now.
thanks,

Managers are allowed 1 distraction (on a pin) and 1 interference per match. But a wrestler is only allowed 1 interference (manager/wrestler/gang) per match, so use it wisely.
I'd assume that if the two guys are brawling on the floor the ref has a close eye on things, and that is why the manager doesn't get involved.

There's a little-used rule that a ringside ally (a manager or a wrestler) can interfere when a guy is thrown out of the ring. It can happen when you roll a 6 or less on the Out of the Ring chart, and the manager slams the wrestler into the ringpost. Gotta roll DQ 6, but as I remember it, you can do it as many times per match as you want.
