Anyone who remembers the original Wrestleline website (not the current one) may remember columnist Rick Scaia, who did a column called Online Onslaught, and another column where he answered questions that fans would send in called "The Rick Says." He and Scott Keith were probably the best known columnists on that site, although he tends to be a little bit more neutral than the anti-WWE Scott Keith.
I find most of his commentary pretty on point most of the time, and even the stuff that I don't agree with, I can at least see where he's coming from. He does have internet smark tendencies from time to time, even though he pokes fun at "internet jackoffs" all of the time. But he still does a better job of looking at wrestling from a normal casual fan's perspective than most, as a reminder that we aren't all tape-trading, workrate loving internet fans all of the time.
