Who's departure is the biggest?
Ric Flair- the highly inveterate and respected elder statesman of wrestling.
Booker T- the younger Veteran who is still one of the better wrestlers around and still had years left him.
Cryme Tyme- the up and coming Tag team that arguably was currently the most over of the four.
Eugene- A past his time character, but he being played one of the most talented wrestlers in the business.
I'll say Cryme Tyme, Not only were they over now, but had a lot of upward potential that will have to be reestablished if they're hired back.

I say Flair, mostly because they had HUGE possibilities there with a buildup to his retirement, complete with what would have been an emotional, well-deserved HOF induction.
Flair winning the gold at WM would be a highlight for the ages, even with him been over a decade past his prime.
That being said, is it even official that he's gone?

Flair because the only angle involving any of these that would be money (in the forseeable future atleast) would be the Flair retirement tour.

Flair... a no-brainer.
Granted, he is way past his prime, but he still draws a major pop. It's foolish to let him go and miss the opportunity for a huge farewell tour to end his career in style.

Ric Flair If he's really gone (Jim Ross in his recent blog said as far as he knows Flair is actually still with the WWE).

Well now that Sandman is added to the list...(j/k)
While I love the Sandman, his exit is nothing compared to Flair's or Booker's exit. I'll go with King Booker, but Flair is a close second.

Flair. Booker maybe if he weren't so injury prone but everytime Booker was looking hot, something always ended up happening which dulls his appeal a lot.
