As much as love Umaga, he's close second to Bret Hart. The fact that Chyna and Val Venis are on here is hilarious. I think he just wanted to mention everyone (and I think he did). Definitely Bret Hart, but Mr Perfect is the best 2 time IC champ that never won the WWE title. Effective yesterday, Umaga is 2nd. |

Errr, Bret beat Perfect for the title. It's simple - Bret. However, I gotta admit though that the BEST IC title run was by the Honky Tonk Man - one of my fav heels ever.

It's kind of hard to rank by 2 title runs, or three,or four. Plus Michaels would be two time if Janneaty hadn't won it for one week.

I give Bret the edge cause he's my favorite wrestler. But Perfect is up there. After all, Bret lost to The Mountie. Perfect lost to Bret. Makes perfect seem stronger to me.
The best thing is that watching their IC Title match we were the real winners.
Umaga is a great wrestler, but he hasn't really done anything as Champion either time yet.
