I choose joe due to his weight advantage as well as he can also fly around the ring for a bit and should be able to ground the much smaller Evans. Watch out for the muscle buster !!!

Yeah Evans will see what high risk is when he is spinning around on Joes shoulders and then BANG !!!!! Lights out as he hits the MUSCLE BUSTER !!!!!!!
