I am going out on a limb and picking Umaga and Batista.
I am not a big fan of Umaga, but they have done a good job developing his feud with Cena. I feel that with all of his build up, a loss to Cena at the Rumble will "kill" the Umaga character. So Umaga may win, leading up to a rematch at Wrestlemania.
