Who will be Heavyweight Champion first ? Samoa Joe in TNA or Umaga in WWE

Umaga is a mid card talent (and for God's sake...this is no freaking attack on anyone on this freaking board!!!!!!) and while it is okay to receive a title shot and a PPV appearance, that's about it. I'm not huge Cena fan, but don't hate him either...but no way Umaga should be going over Cena. Cena should get his win back....
They should be building Joe like CM Punk should be....slowly building him to a run for the title. Don't hot shot him into the title. Wrestling needs more slow builds towards the title

TNA should have already given Joe the belt. I don't know what they're waiting for.
Umaga has a bunch of other top guys in his way like Cena, Edge, Orton, and eventually HHH. Joe is already one of the most "over" guys in the history of TNA, yet bthey still have yet to give him the belt.
Horrible booking.
I voted for Joe but the way TNA has booked him, I wouldn't be surprised to see Umaga get his hands on the WWE belt first.

I don't see either one of these guys as championship caliber. Talent-wise, yeah, but box office draw, no.

Joe has got some real talent going for him -- not quite as sure if he's got the charisma to be a great champion -- but I think they'd do good to give him the belt if only to push young talent over veteran talent. Umaga is another story and I don't see him being title material -- Joe will get the belt first.
