I know he is in TNA . But with Rhyno been the last ECW Heavyweight champion . Shouldn't he be allowed to return with the belt and defend it in ECW .

well if the net rumors mean anything, Rhyno has strong intentions of returning to ECW as soon as his TNA contract is up. That may also explain why he has been jobbing a lot in TNA.

I think the title should be vacant. Then when he does come to ECW they can run an angle with him where he reminds people he never lost the belt.

I say you vacate it...BUT you have Rhyno make a big deal about how he was the last ECW Champion and how he'll run through whoever he has to to get it back. I'd like to see him in the 'top 8' contenders when ECW gets going again...hopefully Heyman can still book him the way he did back in the day...

Have RVD vs. Rhyno as they are the 2 biggest strars that will be in ECW (besides Kurt Angle).

I think the title should be vacant. Then when he does come to ECW they can run an angle with him where he reminds people he never lost the belt. Then he should also remind every body how he "won" the belt. :-)Beating the Sandman in an impromptu match after Sandman had just been through a "war". On a side note, that title match sucked. Corino and Credible looked horrible in that bout. Sandman was the only one of the three that landed any believable spots. Although the new ECW could carry on that angle and have Credible and Corino as the new impact players. a team we never got to see hats to the feds death soon after.

No, he would have been stripped for not defending.

No, he would have been stripped for not defending. It's kind of hard to defend a title when its sanctioning body doesn't exist anymore.... that's hardly Rhino's fault.

bruiser, I thought the same thing. I was going to say something like "he didn't defend it within 30 days so the title is vacant" Actually, they could make a decent angle out of this and getting Rhino away from TNA would make some people happy. Would probably help Bobby Roode get over too.

What I'm saying is that if the company goes out of buisness and the company reopens again in a few years with a new look why would you give the title back to the old champion, and since the WWE bought the compant along with WCW then the title would be apart of the WWE title, wouldn't that make sence. No, he would have been stripped for not defending. It's kind of hard to defend a title when its sanctioning body doesn't exist anymore.... that's hardly Rhino's fault.
